I love this gym. The workouts are challenging, goal orientated and the trainers are the best. The Camp has really helped me get over a difficult stage in my life and feel good and confident about myself again. Best decision I made !

The camp is a decent go-to fitness centre if you have a consistent work schedule and want solid training for a reasonable price. That is what I was looking for when I decided to join. My work schedule changed, however, and I had to stop going. When I asked about cancelling, I was told that I would be billed for the next few months until my contract was up. Well, I didn't read the small print on the contract that said there was a six months commitment so I was a bit surprised and disappointed. Lesson learned. I hope whoever reads this is well aware of this commitment. You'd think there would be an understanding that me having to cancel was out of my hands and if I could make the classes, I would. It would have been nice if the lady who signed me up would have told me there's a 6-month commitment.

I highly recommend anyone looking to start their fitness/health journey check this place out. I have been a member for 2 years off and on and never once did I want to stop coming. The environment is so welcoming its addictive to workout, i hate exercise and traditional gyms... this is not anything traditional! Great workouts with a great FIT family! The owner is amazing and be sure to ask for her when you check it out!! I write this as a huge thank you for this place helping me so so much better myself

Atmosphere is pretty cool. Once you have determination and Follow the darn instructions (FTDI)you will not regret it. All the trainers are great and it motivates you to come back.

This is the the worst gym you could ever attend. They have rats, and are very unsanitary. When i addressed the smell, they didn’t care to say anything. All employees are rude, including the owner. If you want to go to smelly, unsafe, and unsanitary gym this will be the place for you.

Great workout atmosphere. Actual nutritional guidance that you can live with. Accountability system. No drill sergeants and no pressure no judgement zones. Best of all do what they say and watch your transformation.

Lets start with them waking up the ENTIRE neighborhood @ 5am! If I wanted to be awake, I would be!! As to how loud they are, I can follow the entire workout in my livingroom. The music selection is not motivating, nor are the instructors. I'll stick with personal trainers and gyms who know how to respect their neighbors

I have been going to the Sunrise center for about a month, I have lost 5 lbs thus far. I really enjoy all the instructors, they are each different, I also love the variety of exercises every day. Most importantly, the monthly fee is reasonable. if anyone is serious about weight loss, eating right and exercisI got, Transformation Camp is the place to be. I highly recommend it.
