I attended the LEGO Free Build Up Event at Sawgrass Mills Mall on October 26, 2025, around 12 PM.
My family and I were the first in line and followed all the instructions. However, when we entered, the manager, Nadine, told us that adults were not allowed to participate, even though other adults who came later were clearly allowed to join.
This inconsistent treatment made us feel discriminated against and very uncomfortable. Although she eventually allowed us to participate, the experience had already ruined the mood and made us feel unwelcome.
We have always loved LEGO for promoting creativity and inclusion, but this event did not reflect those values. I hope LEGO reviews this incident seriously and ensures that all guests are treated equally and respectfully in future events.

Been there a bunch of times and each time I was greeted by Katie. She’s always a sweetheart. She knew exactly what I was looking for and made my husband have the best birthday. All he wanted was to have “a Lego haul”. Aaaand he did. He was like a kid in a toy store. Katie only added to the excitement. There are other locations nearby but I will stay true to Sawgrass just for Katie.

Regrettable experience. They offered me a Lego to come back later to buy and when I returned a few hours later they had sold it to me. He was the last one left. In addition to the attention of the staff, it differs greatly in the friendliness and efficiency of other Lego stores. Disappointing really.

The store is very nice, quite varied with modern Legos, the staff is very friendly and positive whether you are a tourist or not and very accessible prices, both cheap and expensive, but in general quite good

The employees here are super nice and helpful; the store has a great variety of sets. As a massive Lego fan coming to shop here is always a pleasure.

Assist store manager was rude. Her name is Nadine. My partner and I went in to use a discount and she told us we couldn’t when this was the second day in a row we drove 45mins just to be told no. When I called ahead and was told yes. Plus I called dade land Lego before leaving and they confirmed that everything would be fine so now we must drive another 45mins to another store because “Nadine” had a problem with our request. The other employees were great but the assistant manager needs an attitude adjustment.
