I never see at store so hard to pay for an item. No customer help on the floor. Slow cashiers that do not knowledge that there’s a customer if front of them face waiting to check out!! ? No signs to guide customers to the cashier area we were walking around to figure out where to pay and again nobody on the floor of the store to guide us ?No men gloves at the store unless you buy the heater ones that are $250!!! In top of that they left the monitor inside the $400 jacket that we purchase and the alarm at the door start making noise when we exit the store!! Embarrassing!! Idiots and Lazy employees that do not care!! Today 4/5 at 5:15PM. Wake Up Management!! I’m furious!! ?

A large, well organized and very good store. It's a shame they didn't have some product lines at the time I visited. But overall the store is good and the products are of high quality.

If they ask you for your email, then always give a new email. My mom consistently gave her email, and she got multiple emails a month for the past couple of months saying she has $50 in rewards. We went on New Year's to redeem it, but the cashier couldn't find it. We logged into our online account and showed it to her but she still had difficulty, so she called a manager, Amanda. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. BLAMED EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING WITHOUT ANY HELP.. She first accused us of having multiple accounts, which we did, but for different people, one for me and one for my mom. Then she blamed it on the system, saying that it's not connecting. Then she accused us of using it before and thats why she couldn't get it. Then she told us to contact customer service, while smirking that they won't be open on New Year's, while blaming us for coming on New Year's and telling us to figure out their system and then come back. I came with my mom when we both had off from work and also live over an hour away. Then we asked if we can get the 10% off with my cousin's email as he was with us, and she refused. Don't deal with the headache and mess of their rewards program. Just take the 10% with a new email every time. Will save you time and money.
