11-15-235:30 pmNeed a key for my friend who is watching my cats while I am away. Walk in the store and two associates in a gab fest sorry to interrupt do you know where I can make a key. So she attempts to walk me over but gets stopped by another associate that wants to chat. At that point I give up and go to the self make key kiosk myself. There is different prices but I get the least expensive if I am going to pay more someone needs to sell me on the up-charge. After I am finished I go to the self checkout. Hey more associates than customers but we don't want to interrupt their socializing. Management at this location must be absent. Home Depot a necessary evil. Three stars because this treatment is about average at any of their South Florida locations.

Always has what i need and huge selecrion. The one negative is they need more aisle assistance during night hours, although, if you do find help they are very knowledgeable in each trade. Prices are competitive with the other big company L***s.

I purchased a space heater at the Deerfield FL location on Monday. The unit was defective so I returned it today at the Sawgrass location. Was advised by the cashier and asst store manager Taylor that my drivers license was flagged and with the amount being 69 dollars that was too much. So I have no receipt and can't get a new unit or store credit. I have tried with the regionsl.mangrrs in the past and now I need to speak with corporate. I think its time my company takes its business elsewhere.

Clearly it doesn't matter which store you go to Home Depot customer service is a fail. Expected a deliver last week never happened. This week screwed up again and sincerely they do nothing. They don't care how many days your take off, how many times they deliver the wrong item. Store managers wont even answer an email or a call. Sadly they are a big box monopoly but their day will come. Floor and decor have taken their flooring business, local plumbing supply store are booming, and people will get tired of being treated like garbage by Home Depot.

I bought a refrigerator ..didn't pay for removal since I'm going to keep the refrigerator. I asked delivery to move old frig outside the kitchen island ..about 30" I was told no .., but he pulled the old frig out approx 60" ..I saud 2 times I don't think the old frig will come out once the new frig is in its longer ..he kept assuring me I couid get it out ..make a long story short now my old frog is stuck in my kitchen and I can't get it out !!' I've spoken to Home Depot manager says since I didn't pay for removal they will not help me end. Spoke to another person said they will not help ..I need to ask a neighbor for help

The HD at Sawgrass is fantastic! The Sunrise location is 2 mi closer to me & the one I normally go to. Employees there seem to run away when I want to ask for help. Sawgrass location employees all smile, stop to answer questions, & are very, pleasantly, genuinely, helpful. I shall happily drive the extra 2 mi from now on to make this, HD Sawgrass my go to store from now on. Customer service is important to me, a novice; & this store has it in spades. Thank you!

My wife and I went to the Sawgrass Home Depot to purchase a gas range. We were helped by Mary Neuberger. We cannot praise her service enough! Mary took us immediately and took her time, never rushing us. She even facilitated an increase in our credit line.Mary was friendly and engaging and completely professional. Home Depot is fortunate to have her as an employee!!!

This is a large, well staffed, and well stocked Home Depot tool rental It's very organized . It's also a very busy on the Weekends , but the staff is readily available to answer your questions or make special recommendations .Definitely this is one of my favorite Home Depot.

It is hit or miss with customer service. There are a few great employees, but the majority are only trained in their area and arent willing to venture beyond that part of the store. The worst is when u ask for assistance, they call for someone, and no one shows up. That being said, there are some AWESOME employees who really want to help. I do go here alot. If i know what I want and where it is, it's a great experience. Customer service is better than the local LOWES!!

Tia was so patient and helpful, thank you for the excellent customer service. I was at the Home Depot for almost two hours on behalf of the elementary school I work at, buying supplies for the vegetable garden. Not only did Tia help me fill out the paperwork necessary but did it with a smile. My computer skills are not really good, and she did everything she could to make my experience better. We need more people like you in this world! She needs a raise!

Get ready for an epic novel of horrible proportions because that's all this Home Depot will ever give you. 5 messed up deliveries, a month and a half later and a cancelled order and I still haven't got a full refund for my order. This experience left such a sour taste in my mouth I will never do business with Home Depot again as long as I live. I ordered a washer and dryer paid full price up front with a 5 year warranty. First delivery couldn't be done because I had a leak that prevented installation, this was the only reasonable mistake home depot made. Second delivery was supposed to be a plumber but the installer came out again and tried to force the washer and dryer on me which I of course declined. Then third delivery plumber finally showed up, only problem was he never called me I was just lucky some random guy showed up when I was home. 4th delivery installer didn't have my washer and dryer on the truck because the second installer said he left it which was total BS. Then a random plumber showed up the next day when the work was already done. The guy forced his way into my house to take pictures of the work probably to get paid again. Then I had to argue with the manager to get my delivery sooner because at this point they lost my dryer and washer, had to find it AND WANTED ME TO WAIT TWO MORE WEEKS!!! This transaction finished with the 6th person coming to my home who was hours late and at this point I said F*** it and I'm going to Lowes. I used to love Home Depot but this establishment has become so chaotic and unresponsive that if you have a serious need for an appliance go elsewhere because you will not get anything done in a timely manner. SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE FRUSTRATED AND NOTHING TO EVER GET DONE.

Due to my work, and proximity to Home Depot in Sunrise, i go there almost every day, i basically know some of the employees by their name. Its really a good place with good people working on it.

We stopped to get potting soil. Stood in line in the nursery line to checkout and were told "I'm closing- go find another register." When I said we had been standing in line, she said "I don't care, find another register." Classic customer service, Home Depot.
