Customer service was terrible at the store. The store wasn’t busy yet since I got there as soon as they opened so there’s no excuse for the treatment I received. Sales rep gave me no attention and acted like she was doing me a favor. Cashier also not friendly. I worked in retail before and this behavior is not acceptable.

The merchandise is nice but not the service. I had a situation happen at this location and the manager handled it very poorly, I will never step in another Tory.

During a recent visit with my mother, we were shocked and saddened by how we were treated. As we approached the store entrance, we observed the staff allowing multiple customers inside without hesitation or questioning . However, when my mother and I (African-American) tried to enter, we were stopped at the door. A staff member then called over a sales associate and specifically assigned them to us.
It was very clear that we were being treated differently than the other customers all of whom were allowed to shop freely. My mother and I both recognized the racial bias in how we were approached, and feeling deeply disrespected, we chose to leave the store.
This was a very upsetting experience. I have supported Tory Burch in the past, but after this incident, I will not be returning or purchasing from this brand again. No one should feel targeted or unwelcome while shopping, especially based on the color of their skin.

Here is an update to my review. Went Saturday Labor Day weekend with my daughter sale lady Diane was extremely helpful, patient and had a beautiful smile upon her face. She ran up and down and helped us for over an hour. She is amazing! If you go to Tory Burch outlet at sawgrass Mills, you should ask for Diane. She's awesome!

I had such a wonderful experience at the Tory Burch outlet thanks to Reah, who truly went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was able to find and secure exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism, patience, and warm personality made my shopping experience top tier from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer’s needs, and Reah absolutely exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Reah, for making my visit so smooth and enjoyable.

This store offers an impressive selection of merchandise with excellent quality. I frequently visit the location near my home in North Carolina, but I had not yet experienced the TB outlet, and I realized I had been missing out. I typically purchase their items at a 40% discount, so this was my first opportunity to buy them at 70% off. It was a very enjoyable experience. While the staff was adequate, they weren't particularly friendly. The prices of the merchandise were not clearly displayed, which necessitated inquiries about each item. This was somewhat inconvenient and significantly prolonged the purchasing process. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this store. It is certainly worth the wait.
