Came through the drive-thru window and my favorite bank agent was there. I gave her the fire hands 👐 wave so happy to see her. Greskelly she is awesome, very friendly, and knows banking details. Takes good care of all my banking needs. I definitely recommend banking there! PowerFi Sunrise. They're relocating but I'll wait for them to return.

I've been banking with PFCU for several years now and I've never had any issue with this bank or the customer service. I'm happy about this new location because it's closer to me, instead of going all the way to the Sheridan or Pembroke locations. I'm able to do everything I need at this location, the people are friendly and even remember my name, and I've only been to this location 2x since it's opened. I appreciate honest banking and I hope they continue to do a good job.

I’ve been a union member for quite some time now (7 years) and it’s been the best choice I’ve made in very satisfied with Astrid Ortiz and Jennifer Rizzo in Sheridan branch, they a truly the reason why I keep my account with them and not in federal banks it’s always a pleasure speaking with them highly recommended!
