Shopped here 2 days. 1st experience was great, the Sales Associate was helpful, friendly and very courteous. Upon the return for another purchase, the Associate (different) was almost arrogant and not helpful. Got my item monogrammed only to later discover it was in the wrong direction.

My husband was looking to replace his old Tumi carry-on 22" wheelie so we stopped here to check out the options and inventory. When we walked in, Maudelyne greeted us very warmly. She asked if we were looking for something specific, so based on our needs, she showed us a few carry on wheelies on sale. I had mentioned to her that I've had Tumi Carry-ons for over 30 years and that I have been very happy with the quality and the brand. My husband honed in on a large size 22" carry-on with large main compartment and an additional smaller zippered compartment. The piece was on sale for 40% off, so he decided to get it. That particular piece had the option of a monogram, so he picked the style and font and we waited just like 10 minutes for the monogram to be done. Overall a great shopping experience.
