Had to try something on in the fitting room, and they made me leave my purse on the floor outside the door. They're so concerned with the theft of their products that they put my personal items in jeopardy. In addition, the salesperson decided to whisper to all the other employees that I was upset over this. I'll be going elsewhere to get what I need from now on.

Not the best under armour store. Seemed like employees cared more about talking among themselves, than being out helping customers. NO one was taking care of the dressing rooms, there were empty ones and no one to let you in. Also for this size store should have had more dressing rooms when the store was designed!!Kudos to the very hard overworked cashier that helped us, the other two took their time moving hangars and stuff before helping customers!Definitely need a little training in this store, if the Orlando outlet store can be operated so well, how can this one be so bad??

The staff at this particular store is the rudest I have ever encountered. This store closes on Tuesdays at 9:00 PM but based on my family's experience at 8:30 PM you are not able to select men t-shirts as they start prepping the store for closing and the staff doesn't allow you to touch the products. On the women's side you are not allowed to try anything as the fitting rooms close per the staff at 8:00 PM (an hour prior to closing time) when I asked for the manager I was told to wait, after 15 minutes no one showed up, last I asked for corporate phone number and was told by the staff that one doesn't exist. If you don't want to be mistreated, don't go to this store.

Great Store Poor Client Experience: ENTITLED teens. They start to close fitting rooms; block tables to avoid clients to check t-shirt size at 8:30pm. When you ask for the manager, they ignore you. Attention Clients DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.To the CORPORATE A.k.A DISTRICT MGR: Please be mindful of the 5Ps. -Proper Planning Prevent Poor Performance.

So drove up 1 hour from south miami to get there and be told they were closed at 8:45pm after confirming on my way up they closed at 9pm. When I mentioned it to the young lady who greeted me from the register, she just told me they were closing a little early because it was Presidents’ Day. Extremely disappointed. Probably will never come back. Ended up no at Nike store which let us in 5 minutes before closing at 9

I can't express how satisfied I am with the professionalism, courteous stellar service we received today by Ms B and Shane the store manager. Very detailed explaining all my wife's questions making our lives easier offer to order online and ship direct what they didn't have in stock.Thank you again for the amazing service.Both are definitely an asset to this company.
