I had called this store twice to verify the cost bc another ups store quoted me a higher amount. The owner/manager admonished me for calling so often saying I was told the price and why did I have to call again. I thought he was out of place to ask me that . I should be able to call whenever I want to ask same question. Even his store gave me a different amount on the second call

I used to enjoy coming to this UPS location. The staff used to be helpful, kind, and genuinely made an effort to assist customers. That’s no longer the case.
Over my last two visits, I’ve had consistently negative experiences. There’s one staff member in particular whose attitude is completely unprofessional. It’s not what he says, it’s how he says it. There’s no kindness, no patience, no effort to help. Just attitude.
If you work in customer service, you need to know how to speak to people. You see the public every day, that’s part of the job. I know how demanding it can be because I work in customer service too. But if you choose to work with people, then you also choose to treat them decently.
Fix your tone. You don’t get to make people feel small for asking questions. It’s disappointing that what used to be a friendly place now feels uncomfortable to walk into.

I use UPS quite frequently and am usually helped with taping the box if need be.
At this location I was helped by this lady who claimed that “I am the boss and I need to speak with the staff that’s taping the boxes for you, because we are not allowed to do that” I got news for you ma’am, it’s called good customer service.

I had an appointment for fingerprinting and Dylan assisted me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the procedure. He made something mundane a wonderful experience. Thank you Dylan!

Quick and easy.
I went to drop off packages and they got it done very quickly. The people they were very polite have been going here for many years. never a problem.

The afternoon staff is always so friendly and helpful whenever I come in with my plethora of Amazon returns. I love coming to this location for the staff.
