Although i live across the street i won’t come here any more. Staff use to be great but last 3 times I come they are dismissive and unhelpful. I even wanted to open a mailbox here but they would not honor the corporate coupon online and lost out. I’ll go to another location.

I cannot forget the wonderful experience and kindness of the staff I have witnessed when I came here to return a package. I want to thank Magaly especially for making my time there great. This is a go-to place for me when I need to return my Amazon orders, print out documents for a good price, and get my papers notarized. Love the ladies here, and am always happy to see Magaly because she helps me out the fastest! Would recommend coming to this location specifically just because they're so sweet and helpful.

I had an amazing experience at the UPS Store thanks to Ana! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Ana went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Whether it was shipping, packaging, or just answering questions, she handled it all with patience and a great attitude.Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for her.

I had a lot of packages to return and I had trouble finding the QRS code and magaly helped me solve the issue. She was so patient and helpful. Excellent service!!
