Terrible pharmacy phone customer service! I called the pharmacy, the techs answer "quickly" just so that they blurt out "thanks for calling Im putting you on hold" extremely quickly and without pausing to even hear you out (to give the customers the illusion that they picked up). You wait a a few minutes then they do it AGAIN, blurt out that they are putting you on hold and proceed to leave you waiting and then HANG UP the phone. I called back and when the lady picked up I tried to interrupt her to let her know that ai had waiting for almost 10 mins to only get the call dropped by them and she said "sorry, I have to put you on hold" and put me back on hold. This happened one more time until the male pharmacist then answered the call and helped me. This is my 5th time dealing with the pharmacy. All prior interactions had been good but they have likely hired personnel who is NOT trained correctly or just doesn't care about customer service.

35 minutes until close and pharmacy tech refused to fill prescription, hard to believe she would be unable to put 10 pills in a bottle in half an hour. Horrible service.

I have been part of the Welleby community since it became a community, too many years and with that said it has grown with so many more options. It saddens me that this Walgreens at this location has left me with a nasty taste, and it has definitely left me to proceed w/ taking my business to CVS which is literally face to face across the street from this location and any of my other needs to Publix's or any of the other convenient stores that are in this community. I'm sure, I'am not the only resident that feels this way as I see many reviews within months of this year, and the year has just started! The truth is regardless of how much I or anyone spends at the time of a purchased the customers is who makes your business succeed! Today I had to deal with the rudest cashier ( young thin girl of color who wears glasses ) who definitely should not be working behind a register. She doesn't greet nor say thank you, after taking your money and feels she can determine if she's going to correct a transaction the register overcharged for saying she will not correct. She had a line and never once called for back up even when asked of from other customers and myself. When asked to speak with a manager she didn't page one. ( just let me say I called corporate ) this Interaction that I had with this individual is just beyond. The topping of this was now having to ask another employee to page a manager. ( ridiculous) Manager came ( short heavier woman of color ) never once did she come to me as a professional as she preferred to speak behind the register. Is this the new norm of how any executive of management interacts with a customer who has asked to speak with them? As I expressed to her "manager" about the situation she chuckled under her mask (Totally unprofessional! ) at this time leaving me feeling that it wasn't important. I shouldn't had been placed in a situation of having to justify myself about the stores employee, I also know that the manager speaking to me in the busy front of the store should had taken place especially in front of other customers who were already upset because they were on line waiting. Prior the manager coming I had already returned the items but I did feel a need to let the professionals that run the business for this Multi million dollar corporation know of there employee perhaps they can re-train or re-evaluate / replace. As I mentioned, so many options. At this time I will take my business to another convenience store because we do have many; CVS, Walmart, Publix's, Winn-Dixie, I can keep going and I'm sure many other customers in this community are doing the same, going elsewhere, where it's hassle free and the service is a mirror of exceptional service!

Do not get your vaccine shot in here!! Even with an appointment you could be there for hours! I arrived early for my daughter's shot and waited in line because the people working there couldn't figure out how to print the paperwork. Even their customer service told me "not to go there and get the shot at a county facility"

Came here to pick up my order of Christmas cards after getting an email sent by their store/location saying order processed and ready for pick up. I was calm just asking a question. She said hello can't you see over there our machine is broken with an attitude. I asked what I do or who I call in a calm voice. Hands me a receipt the general Walgreens hotline. Super unnecessary. I realize it's hard to find decent humans to employ but this rude interaction was totally not warranted.

I write specifically about the pharmacy and the incredible pharmacy team. What an amazing group of professionals who go to endless lengths to provide outstanding service. This is a very busy pharmacy from early morning until late at night and their use of technology is great. Refilling prescriptions is easy, notifications via text msg are immediate, and you can even pay via APP and skip all lines when picking up. The chief pharmacist (Tamara) is a whirlwind. She is always in motion and sets the pace that pharmacy staff follows. With a large family we always need something from Walgreens pharmacy and this particular Walgreens is worth the drive. I pass 3 other pharmacies in order to get to this one, and for good reason. Their extended hours from early morning until late at night is very appreciated. The best thing I did, years ago, was leave CVS and switch all my Rxs to this Walgreens.
