Welleby Plaza is a nice shopping area in Sunrise with a mix of shops and dining options. It is home to a Publix market, Dollar Tree, Legends Tavern, and other smaller stores. The Publix is an older model store that is not too big and feels like home. The plaza is great for a quick stop, with plenty of parking and security that patrols. It is well-lit at night and generally safe, though it is busy during the day.

Some one broke into my car. I am sure it was a lady pretending she's in a electric wheelchair.

The plaza has some nice stores, Publix, Dollar Tree and other smaller stores, it's also home to legends tavern. The plaza is s nice place for the quick pick up on the way home
