I called this and another branch to see when to come for a Medallion Signature on some documents. Neither branch answers their phones. Then Wells Fargo reroutes the calls to the automated system or recording tells you to try again later and DISCONNECTS! Wells Fargo is and always has been the WORST bank in America. They have made multiple errors on my accounts, forced insurance policies on me, and refunded only a portion if what they should have. When I reported them to the Feds, I finally got my full refund. Yet despite scandal after scandal they remain in business! Close your lying, cheating, deceptive bank already!

This location is SUPER slow! It's 2 in the afternoon and there is only two tellers working with several people in line.

Most unprofessional experience Iv ever experience!!! No stars!!! From the 1-800 number of customer service to the woman Stacey who opens the door to greet you and smiles!!! They don't care don't want to know and to think they can contact you by email on there service yea right!!! The worst bank ever!!! The worst customer service ever!!!
