I am in this bank. Lots of people waiting for all types of things. Very little help. Manager just strolls around. There are people in the back office. Manager claimed short staff. Badly managed bank. Someoneone just walked out. This branch should be closed. So the person before me leaves at 2pm est because no one comes to her aid to notarized her document. They tell me I can take her slot. I still see people roaming around. The notary is caught up with a client and now I am sitting and waiting. The other notary is helping people at the teller desk, while 2 people are roaming around behind her. Mismanagement of time, lack of customer services. I will be pulling my money and taking it to another bank. Disgusting.

The worse bank never have people to attend, the manager with the short grey hair always on bad move, and now you have to have the right change to deposit money never going back, 200 account from my store is going to be change to Chase bank, they better do something with the managers attitude, the only nice person was peter who help me to do my deposit from the business company she didn’t want me to do it. And only 8 dollars change back so sad but they’re going to loose a lot business

Manager did not want to help on a simpme process. She wanted me to cone next minday. they were supposed to closs at noon and I was there at 11:20 Am. Im clossing my accounts from this stinky place. Get real guys!

To switch out 20 dollars in to quarters you will need Id and prove you bank with them and receive little attuide. 2nd time at least I wasn't ask if I even had bank account

This used to be Bank Atlantic . From 2002 to 2005 this was our skate headqaurters. I wonder if the ledges are still grinded down.

I was there this morning at the drive through with a deposit. I’m pretty sure I put my driver’s license in the tube like I always do. When I got home, it’s just my bank card. So, I go back and wait on the drive through line and it’s a different teller. The weird thing was I told the teller that my driver’s license is missing. He asked me who was helping me, but he never said “Hang on, let me check with them” he just real quick said they never saw a driver‘s license. I go home frustrated and called the bank. She got confused and said she thought I was at the atm machine Instead of the drive tru and she called me Sidney. One time, I was at this branch and a teller gave me too much money back and I was honest at gave it back. If I find it, I will apologize, but I am pretty much sure that I put it in and I didn’t like the lack of concern that maybe it fell out of the tube and is up there somewhere or god knows got put into somebody else’s envelope. I lost confidence in this bank branch. Now, I have to go to the dmv and get a replacement and you should cover the cost of the replacement!

I had so many banking issues to deal with , I was stressed out and out of town and I was locked out of my account when I arrived back in Florida Orlando took care of me. Orlando has so much customer service skills what a good person to have at the bank. I will always stay a Wells Fargo bank member.

Called this morning to know where to make a cash deposit. The operator told me i had to make an appointment. I made it. When I arrived, the employee that spoke to me through the glass lobby door told me the person I had the appointment with, was not there. I asked if I could go by the go through without a vehicle because mine was too tall for the covered area, she said yes. Once there, the agent from inside didn’t let me make the deposit because I wasn’t in a car.
