Brandon took his time to get me the right service; even though I came close to closing, he had no problem helping me after hours to get the right connection. As a full time worker and single mom, that really made an impact on me. I appreciated his service and patience a lot. Make sure to ask for him when you go.

Tried to upgrade two phones today and all 5 of my lines were changed to premium unlimited from a shared plan without my permission, which would have increased my bill substantially. I received emails in store informing me because the rep did not even let me know what she was doing beforehand. I asked her to change them back. She said she was trying to get me a better price on the new phones. Then could not complete the upgrade because apparently Xfinity was “upgrading” their system. I was assured that my plan had been reverted to what it was when I walked in the door. It was not. Thank god I called Xfinity mobile and checked. All of my lines were still premium unlimited. The rep with the 800 number had to fix it. There is a definite lack of training in this store. This young lady was obviously new and untrained. She had to keep asking for help and the other reps in the store couldn’t be bothered. Pretty disappointing experience.

This Xfinity Store is NOT a Corporate store, it is owned and operated by a reseller. As a result, this location doesn't have all the tools, training and devices that you will find at the Corporate store on University.
I brought two cable boxes into this store, at the direction of Xfinity, to upgrade after having service interruptions (my boxes are old). I was more than disappointed, they left me without cable tv for 2 days.
One of the boxes was dead, would not power on and the other box was the wrong device for my requirements. I only know this after an Xfinity Tech had to came out to my house this morning.
This is the second time that this store has cost me time and money.
They don't have the basic training and they express zero interest in helping customers. Yesterday, there were at least 4 employees in the room, all but one was just sitting and watching. The only one working appeared to be the manager and the other folks all needed his help do do ANYTHING or ANYONE. I am not exaggerating.
This location is just a waste of your time. I have two different and independent experience with this store over the last year and both of them clearly demonstrated a lack of quality and customer service - Big Time!

These guys gave me an Ipad and told me it was all free part of enrolling 2 phone accounts, I confirmed many times with the sales person at the store and he said it was free. Obviously got to find out weeks later the device and data plan were on my bill. Horrible customer service and they do that to get commission.

I had a great experience at this Xfinity location thanks to Parish! He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and even helped me find ways to save money on my plan. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to customer service. At 4:30 PM, I encountered a group of knowledgeable individuals at Xfinity. They provided assistance to my mother and me, addressing our inquiries and offering valuable solutions. Their exceptional customer service and genuine desire to help others were truly commendable.

The worst customer service. Delt with the manager and got screwed. With a $40 a month cell payment, when I was supposed to have a zero payment. He neglected to tell me this info. Also did not help out with ongoing issues with my account like he claimed he would. All talk no action and dishonest!
