I came into the store to activate my phone service with Xfinity, I've never changed my provider before but Lui made it such an easy process. He even lowered my bill altogether:) I'd highly recommend coming to him for anyone walking into this storeGIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!

Luis Manuel Biaz has great customer service skills. Attended me very well upon my visit to the store for the purchase of my cell phone. At one point he was left on the floor alone and attended me and other customer with no glitches. I highly recommend Luis for a raise or promotion.

If I could give this store NO STARS I would. After asking me 4 TIMES if I wanted to buy my device out-right and me telling him 4 TIMES NO I WANT TO FINANCE IT - the associate STILL processed the payment in FULL. THEN going back to the store to fix the issue the MANAGER was poking fun at the situation and mocking that fact that I had to repeat myself 4 TIMES. Never going back. Horrible service.

I just left the store and I have to say it was the best customer service I ever experienced, I had a situation where I had to return a phone back which was not easy by no means and they took care of it, and got the phone that I really wanted, special thanks goes out to Luis Baez and his other associates Luis and Omer , Great job guys.?

I went in to aquire cable from this place and the manager Mohamed was totally not interested in my business I had to keep asking the questions over because he was not interested made us feel as if we were annoying him when we were just asking what deals are available. Then he gave us pricing that we’re not accurate . Do yourself a favor go to a different place for service that was very uncomfortable experience I recently moved in to area and was looking for cable and left feeling taken advantage of. I think if they had older workers that would improve their service.also they give you a price you better check it thoroughly.

Excellent Service! Luis Baez spent the time explaining to me the different internet plans and cable packages. I made a couple of changes to meet my current needs and was totally satisfied with the whole experience.Luis did mention the new cell phone plan offered by xfinity. Might be something worth looking into. I would come back again in the future to the Sawgrass/Weston store location and ask for Luis Baez.

Xfinity and Comcast offer the worse level of internet and customer service available. Unless it's your only option, seek service elsewhere. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Stop calling me asking me to upgrade my service WHEN YOU CANNOT SUPPLY THE CURRENT INTERNET CONNECTION I PAY FOR.

Yousef was extraordinarily helpful, transparent, and friendly. He really saved our perception of Xfinity. While we were pleased with the quality of the Xfinity internet experience (connectivity, speed, app) we had had a horrible experience on the phone with pushy salespeople overcharging us for things we didn’t want, need, or agree too.Yousef figured it all out, adjusted our bill, and made sure we got only the services we wanted. Thanks!!
