We waited for about 20 minutes for someone to help us. The sales person Gloria knew that we were waiting to be helped. She refused to help us because we were not making a purchase and we needed help with a warranty situation. This is not her first time treating customers in a disrespectful manner. She helped out another couple and when we told her that we were first she just shrugged her shoulders and kept on helping the other customers. We have been shopping at this Zales for over 10 years and it’s never been a problem.

We had a fabulous experience at the Sawgrass location being assisted by Cary. She's knowledgeable, patient, funny and a whole lot more. My hubby and I went in today to check out the sale (which we've been doing for a few months at various locations) and we totally loved Cary's energy and attentiveness. We've had my engagement ring for years but hadn't found the perfect ring to trade-up for until today. Retired my current bridal set for my new beauty.
