This is my go to resort every time I come to Miami. The accomodations and the property is always breathtaking . The service from every employee is impeccable. On this trip, Natalia was our server on the beach. She was delightful, friendly, and helpful. She was attentive and made our experience very enjoyable. Tony was our bartender on the rooftop pool and in the lobby. He's very knowledgeable in his spirits and very accommodating, he truly wants gus guests to enjoy their cocktail experience. Thank you Grand Beach surfside for another amazing trip. See you again soon ??

Great service, perfectly organised. A special thanks to Jossue for the great and quick help. It was a wonderful surprise for my best friend's birthday. Very great and 200% recommendation for this hotel. Very lucky to have Jossue as a contact to the hotel

We had a spectacular family vacation at the Grand Beach Surfside. From the moment we pulled up to the front entrance, I knew this was going to be a great choice in hotels. The entire staff is friendly, professional and very efficient. The hotel lobby and grounds are spotless and well-manicured. There is both a kid-friendly pool but also an adult-only pool option. The rooms have a very thoughtful layout - we were 2 adults and 2 children in 1 room. While it may not be the largest by square footage, there are two distinct sleeping areas, with two bathrooms(!!), two televisions and a balcony. Pricing is reasonable, considering the caliber of this hotel AND the location. With so many hotels to choose from, it's always difficult to know the 'right' place to stay. From now on, when in Miami, I will always choose the Grand Beach.

Location Location Location !!! This hotel is great: the rooms are big, no carpets, 2 bathrooms & showers and the bed are so comfortable ! We had breakfast on the terrace looking at the ocean every morning. And every morning we were welcomed by very nice & polite people. We had the pleasure of having Agustina as our server and she was just lovely and so courteous.

Whereas the hotel has suffered in the past from poor management, the current GM, Stephane Caporal and his team are doing an excellent job upgrading the hotel and improving service such that it’s a pleasure to stay there. Special mention goes to: Felice, Odell & Racquel.

We checked in and their "new system" prompted me to pay with Apple Pay which I did. Thereafter the front desk said they don't accept Apple Pay. Meanwhile The hotel charged my card and held 1200+. The front desk claims their system didn't show it coming in. They let me check in and only held $100 until the problem would fix itself which they said would happen the next day. Two days later the charge was still being held against my card . They then asked for another card for incidentals. I told them to only use the new card for the incidentals as they are already holding $1200. The front desk guarantied that it would only be used incidentals in the mount of $300. Three hours later they charged my card a second time for the balance of the bill. They charged my cards a total of $+2100 for a $1000+ bill . Their only explanation was "I understand" but did nothing to accommodate me nor give me any guarantees of when the "erroneous" charges would be released. I got thee different answers and "explanation: from three different people.e The most honest was they just installed the credit card machine with Apple Pay and they are no supposed to accept Apple Pay.

Excellent stay and location, all perfect! Definitely recommend it. The pool is incredible. Coffee machine at the room it is all I needed. Clean room, staff very gentle … loved stay there. I wish I could stay again. I don’t have more words to complete 2000 characters

I stayed last year there and it was the worst hotel. I said I’ll try it again what a 100 % change best experience ever.Laruzo and his crew at the beach were the best. What a change at the beach last year no one looked and helped you this year Laruzo and his crew were there to greet you and take care of you. I watched how an elderly lady needed help on the beach and how one of the crew personally escorted her on and off the beach I was really touched what an improvement over there compared to the other 5 hotels I stayed at in Miami.Thank you Lazuro.Natalia the waitress was so attentive and nice getting our food and drinks we couldn’t ask for a better waitress.Edison at the front of the hotel was so nice accommodating us with our bags and was so nice to us.This hotel gets the award for best improvement in every category.I definitely recommend everyone stay there.

Great location, beautiful hotel and excelente service. We had a relaxing stay and very comfortable. The apartment rooms were spacious and modern. Comfy beach club with great food service. Highly recommended. Different swimming pools and one rooftop one just for adults. Good gym.

This was our 4th stay at the Grand Beach Surfside this past year. Since March there has been new management and the changes are major! All departments of the hotel are now 5 star. We had a wonderful trip and especially note 3 things; (1) The room cleaning is amazing. No matter what time of day we left our room, within the hour it was spotlessly cleaned. Many other 5 star hotels have used Covid as an excuse to skip daily housekeeping. Or only offer it "on request". The Grand Beach Surfside are the best with cleanliness and especially during Covid, it is greatly appreciated. (2) Must point out Jonathan at the Bell Desk. He is fantastic, and goes out of his way to make sure guests are accommodated. (3) Finally, the new SuperStar; SOPHIA CARBONELL. Sophia went above and beyond to help us. The Grand Beach (unfortunately) does not have a 'loyalty program', but it is because of Sophia that we already made our next reservation. We highly recommend the Grand Beach Surfside and look forward to our next trip.
