Isaac should not be in the business of dealing with customers or account managment. I called to open an account and Isaac said he could see me in 15min. Just parking took 10 min. When I came in he was with another customer not a problem at all. He came to me and told me in a very condecent/upset way that he had turned out business because I said I was going to be there in 15. Did not even asked me how I was doing.Isaac it sounds to me you need to learn a thing or 2 about business. He could have called and ask if I was close or not to take the other client, or he could have just taken the other client and let me know once I got there that I took longer than anticipated and he needed to help someone else. I'm a business owner and would have not been upset at all because this things happen. Now he turned down 2 business clients because I decided not to open my account with him. He lacks tact, professionalism and if this is any indication on how clients are treated in this branch I don’t know how people do business here.

Chase closed an account I have with them with no appertain reasonsThey recieved all documents requested and they confirmed so over the phone.And I have a letter stating latest day to submit is end of November and they recieved it all before handIt is all recorded — or in writingAnd yet they have not gotten back over two monthsI was promised a call multiple times and nothing happening I emailed and called and no response .

Horrible service and a overall attitude that clearly states, that they dont care about their clients. I had a meeting today with Vivian Giordano, in regards to our 2 year old company account. And from the second i walked in, it was obvious that there was no service to be found here. I walked straight over to Bank Of America, and opened a new business account with them.

CHASE CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND 6 MONTHS LATER I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY, THEY ARE NOTHIN G BUT A BUNCH OF CROOKS. MY BUSINESS REP NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND REFUSES TO HELP AS IT IS OUT OF HER HANDS

Clean, convenient ATM. Walkup access 24 hours a day. Particularly nice: an ATM withdrawal option to chose a mix of 5, 20, and/or 100 dollar bills.

I am a chase customer and have a few accounts with them. I tried to open another checking account but they said my driver license, work permit, and social security is not enough to open additional account under my name. They said they only work with us citizens and green card holders, following their logic if I am in process of obtaining a green card and legally in USA, I can't open another account at chase. Worst experience ever. I went to a local TD Bank and opened an account with my driver license and social number. I am moving another accounts from chase to TD Bank. TD Bank has much better customer service than Chase. Chase seem to be not welcoming immigrants... Worst experience ever at chase! I am not coming back and don't recommend you working with chase.

Called to take an appointment since now its by appoitment ONLY on monday 6/22 at 1:00 PM the person how answred got my info and told me someone was going to call me back... today after 26 hrs waiting..., I called and asked for a manager, “Dian” or something similar, she did not even find me on her contact custumer lis, she had, botton line nobody was going to call me... the manager made no exception and tried to give my a appointment for the next day available... if this is the way the are going to handle this new “by appoitment ONLY” visits... I better start looking for a new bank....

Incredibly poor service and treament by this particular branch. Have 6 biz accounts here and been a private client for 3+ years and this branch is unwilling to accomodate even the smallest requests during COVID. Uninformed, and just rude. George and Diana are particularly unhelpful. Our business have suffered and the lack of service is appalling. Will be closing all accounts and moving to a smaller bank with TRUE Private client services.

The staff is very friendly and helpful (Diane, Margarita, Jorge, Johanna, Steven) and the regular banking services normally run smoothly. However the Chase Merchant Services/Payment Tech services is a disaster. The sales representative Efrain over promised stating that all funds will be in our business account the next business day. This is almost never the case however and I am always stuck on hold with customer service for hours trying to locate and clear funds. Also, they made a mistake with our routing number when we first opened the account and funds were not in our account for days. If you are thinking about changing your business Merchant Services to Chase I would strongly advise against it.

I have been a Chase (Formally Washington Mutual) I been a customer for years. It location Surfside, FL 33154. I felt so disrespect. I wasn't greeting that the door I came there at 11 am something in the morning. I was there for one hour and was no sign in sheet to put your name on the broad. Employees was looking at me weird. I felt that kind of way is really horrible it wasn't friendly it wasn't I didn't feel like I'm great customers. I feel like total strangers, it really disgraceful the way they look at me and was like what the hell you doing here (I'm black men as Half Jamaican & Half Panama). I how feel horrible inside. I called Corp. Customer Service and complain this is the worst thing I've ever seen in my life. Dwayne
