I started with a not so good impression of the bank. Eduardo at this branch made me start doing more business with Citibank. He listens to his customers and takes are of their needs. Although polite and professional customer service is disappearing in many branches, my experience with Eduardo at this branch makes me recommend more business to this branch.

Surprised about the 2 stars , this branch should close as the whole operation doesn't work .Opened account and all looked fine until I have started to use it.Debit card arrived half way, mine after 3 visit to the branch as twice was lost in action, my wife one took over 3 weeks .Wire transfer not working , at the branch they mention because week end is not possible , anyway even after visiting the branch their system declined my transfer .They charge 25 dollars for a 5k transfer and it doesn't work .In a month I have been here transferred from Uk , I have been at this bank at least 25 times .Limit for transfer while calling to the bank from the car dealership is 5k.I asked to raise it as I have 12 k to send and they couldn't . They told me the amount max is 5k daily .Next day 5 more k was not possible to transfer .Visited the bank again and the branch manager , another one told me that limit is 50 land I started to Lough. Anyway he did the transfer , all seemed ok but after 2 days it was declined abbavavava What a complete joke . I have been more in a month in this bank that my entire life in all other banks and I have bough houses, flats and many transaction in uk, Italy, China but so far this was for me the worst worst place !What make me lough more is that while working and living in Hawaii many people keep repeating me that Hawaii is not mainland , in mainland all is organized and works .... Sorry to say but Hawaii was more advanced and things was easier to make !Avoid citi bank and choose another bank if they may exsist a better one !

Clean, convenient ATM. Located inside a secure door. Requires card to access. Particularly nice: an ATM withdrawal option to chose a mix of 5 and/or 20 dollar bills.

Always quick service with no waiting for a teller. The Customer Service reps are always helpful and there's minimal wait time. Better than other banks I've visited.

I repeat do NOT bank at this particular Branch whatsoever!...everyone working here is lazy & the customer service is so poor to the point where the tellers are forced to say " did you enjoy my service" after single transaction...furthermore the management is a complete joke...i'd encourage you bank at a another institution unless you like terrible bank service at it's finest
