Sold me a photo that was clearly printed badly by their machine(dark, with a line through it). The person that put it in the sealed envelope, clearly doesn’t do any quality control. Then to get a refund on a photo that shouldn’t have even been sold to me in the first place, I have to wait for the manager to be available to approve the refund of 3 dollars. At the end is theft cuz clearly ain’t nobody going to waste time going through hurdles to get 3 dollars back and I’m stuck with a photo of my baby I cannot use and my time wasted.

The pharmacy employee with glasses and brown hair had me pay for one of the items that you need to request with a card, but told me that she cannot ring up regular pharmacy items, even though there was no one else in the pharmacy section at the time. I went and stood in line in the front to pay for the remaining pharmacy items. The cashier at the front said that the pharmacy can very well ring up regular pharmacy items.

This is for the assistant supervisor/manager guy who is always cashiering. He is beyond rude and disrespectful, and I have actually reached out to the corporate offices to file a formal complaint. I am not letting this one drop.
In today's day and age, he is by far one of the most obnoxious individuals in customer service that I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with.

I was on vacation and had a medical issue to deal with. The staff was helpful, friendly and responsive. They were there when I needed them, and I’m very grateful for their help.

Don’t go here for photos. Equipment not working. Nobody knows how to operate. Wasted 45 minutes for passport photos. Heading to a Walgreens instead.

I never write reviews but I’m quite upset. CVS has a terrible customer service policy for their photos. I ordered photos for my students on their last day of school. Half of the photos came in blurry and others had lines in them. I needed some of the photos to give as gifts.
I wanted a refund for the ones that were damaged. The store told me that I have to return all of them in order to get a refund. They cannot give me a partial refund for the damaged photos. I wanted to keep the ones that were NOT damaged to give my students as gifts.
Since I am keeping some of the photos, the store nor the corporate wanted to rectify their mistake. They refused to give me partial refund and would only give me a refund if I return all of them. They could have easily issued a gift card or a partial refund.
It is an awful customer service policy. I will not be purchasing photos from CVS again.

A few of the Items I came in to purchase weren’t in stock. I did self checkout and staff member watched me like a hawk to make sure I was scanning each item- customers who are honest are made to feel like thieves. Instead of watching me so intently maybe they could offer to assist in the checkout. CVS should offer customers who do self checkout a discount as they are working.
