I purchased beef stir fry Friday afternoon- it looked fairly decent. I get home and opened the container, to have a taste of it- and my nose is overcome with a rancid beef smell.Items on the pre packed shabbos salads refrigerator don’t have prices on them so you don’t know what you’re paying till you’re at the register. (Wonder if this is a violation of supermarket code)The staff is nice as can be, even as they see the customers are being ripped off.I called the store from home and the phone wasn’t answered. I threw away the receipt and here I am posting this to forewarn others. It seems the management has replied to other concerns about the food being sold to ask the bartender for a taste. I would’ve asked to taste this but I wanted to drink cafe con leche when I got home and so I didn’t think I’d need to taste food to see if it’s rotten or not. ?

My niece bought “Grove’s Matjes” herring for Passover 7.5 ozs. There was not 1 Oz of fish in the chopped onion sauce. The few pieces of fish were cut like spaghetti. So actually she paid for 6.5 ozs of chopped onions in a slimy sauce. I don’t know how much she paid for it, but kosher onions shouldn’t cost that much. Too bad I cannot post a picture.

You can check other reviews about this store, Be careful when you buy something there, especially dairy products that I have found many time dated expired, and it still on the shelves, also, I bought few times fresh chicken, like chicken breast, drums and thighs, and all was spoiled and stink like dead animal. I have addressed this issues to the mangers but still no solution, like they don't care because they make money on the jewish people here in the neighborhood. Very expensive products, which few of them no price on, and the deli is ridiculously expensive, just go there really if you need it. I think a visit from health department maybe will change their quality of products and food.

Convenient location and nice store, the prices are extremely high and don’t always match the labels. Also bought a chicken cut into 8ths and it was cut in quarters. If your going to be 30% more than all the other stores atleast have the product to show for thatUpdate, the store continues to somehow get worse

The bakery is selling old baked goods on Mondays. I specifically asked if it is fresh, sold me one of my favorite products ( that i used to buy everyday ) for freshly baked and after trying it at home , it was so old that the taste was even off. I returned to talk to them about it and the manager (blond person) just told me that she cannot do anything about it because the piece i was returning wasn’t big enough to be returned? Didn’t care about any personal experience. Definitely lost a regular client because of a poorly managed customer feedback, very sad for the owners.

This Kosher marketplace also has freshly made dairy and meat options. We shopped in the store and also ordered food to our hotel. Great variety of food! They can use more help with checkout. Understandably they are busy.
