During our recent trip to Miami, we unfortunately had a car accident in front of this bank.My story doesn't have to do with their financial services..it's about the employees of this bank.They were very kind to my family. I opened an account 2 weeks ago and the manager and Nelly were extremelly nice . the staff is very professional and pleasent . As soon as I walked in they all said hello and made me feel welcome .

My family and I had accts for over 10 years, I closed my mine when they became part of Bank of New York and started to charge for everything. One of my adults kids still have two accts at that branch. Recently I open a checking acct because I had always received great service. But I can honestly say today, that is not case anymore. The assistant manager of the branch by the name of Rolando Mattews- has no sense of customer service or the minimum skills to be serving clients. The few times I had to deal with him he has been so rude and not willing to please a customer. I understand that we can not always get satisfaction in any business we conduct, but I also know for a fact that if someone tells me a NO in a pleasant, nice and specially professional way, I will be somehow satisfy. Me and my family are not closing our accts for lack of reason. We are closing them because of Jonathan attitude and rudeness.
