For such a small store, I’ve never been to a more organized and smooth UPS location. I live 45 minutes away and I tend to wait on sending out my orders until I’m in the Surfside area to come here. Always in and out no hassle!

Horrifying. Total incompetence. Dropped package off @ 2:20 pm for overnight delivery. My package didn’t get scanned until 7:00 pm. that night. From there we don’t know what happened to the package & we still don’t know where the package is. They blamed everyone but themselves. Took no responsibility for their lack of actions. Didn’t make any effort to find the package. We lost thousands of dollars of business in time and materials. Take your business elsewhere they can’t be trusted. UPS corporate should investigate them

This is a very expensive place to print. 50 cents per page plus they charge $2 to email the document to them. You can go to office Depot or FedEx and save a lot of money

Employees are always super helpful and nice. They have printing and notary services as well as shipping. I always choose this store for Amazon returns so I don't have to print labels or even worry about packaging. They are super efficient and quick so you can be in and out in as little time as humanly possible.

I have tried multiple times to return Amazon items to this store. Unfriendly staff. Each time, they want to charge me a fee to return an item that is free to return through Amazon. They want to charge $15 for a box. Each time I had the item in the brand box. Shady.I’ll just stick with returning at Kohl’s…. So friendly!

If I could put 0 on it I would! I paid more than $160 for the package to arrive the next day and it arrived 5 days later! I called to have them resend the money to me and it's been more than 10 days and I haven't received anything! Yesterday I called all day and no one answers me!
Today, Saturday, I called and the person who answered told me that he can't do anything because he's only in the store on Saturdays ? What does he do, so if that's what he's there for!
At least I check and it turns out that my report requesting my refund does not appear in the system, I will call on Monday and hope someone answers me! And they give me my money back.
