I asked the USPS website the following question:Can I get my PO Box mail without my key?If you forget your key to your PO Box go to the window clerk to have them retrieve your mail. You will need ID to provide proof of identity.Somebody should inform the Surfside PO clerk of this simple procedure. It's a 2-minute Customer Service task. I was the only customer. If you're having a bad day, stay home!

With an appointment, everything was smooth during our passport application for our infant. We made photos at home and printed them at Walmart. We were served exactly on time, and I was able to pay money orders at the same desk using my debit card.

Tried on doing my babyās passport here because the location that we had the appt with cancel and didnāt notify; the said a āthe surfside office was honoring the appointmentsā. When we arrived they were doing another gentleman passport, he was also at the first location, but to us, a Travis employee said āthey didnāt do passport on weekendsā. We argued they were clearly doing the passport for the gentleman right next to us and that the other location was sending us. But Travis just just kept lying to our face, saying āheās was here for something elseā. So if you ever have to deal with Travis, watch out cause heās the definition of laziness, and will not accommodate you for a second, not even for a baby

Unfortunately for a substitute delivery lady I lost many packages in a week but as soon I went to their office in Surfside a very gentle and professional lady Jennifer she promptly helped and locate my packages and they were all recovered by the usual mail man and delivered to m ea great guy to hard working dedicated.Good job thank you
