Ok place. Good location. A little pricey. They changed the rates on me with minimal explanation. Something about the insurance. Increased like $40 more.

I paid for the controlled environment storage unit and after 6 months of use all of my belongings was covered in mold and they refuse to settle the claim. The insurance I paid for in additional to the rent is suppose to cover negligence. I have been dealing with trying to get reimbursed for my loss in which the insurance amount is not enough cover replacement. I had to remove and throw away the moldy items. I gave them an itemized list of almost everything that was lost now they request more pictures. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The prices are outrageous! We moved from a 10x10 to a 5x10 & they immediately raised our rent 3x to the same as the 10x10 was. Our things were covered in a thick dust. The door to our building was damaged & rarely locked.

Shady. You will be pulled in with a low monthly rate to start but then quarterly they will double the rate on you and you have to call the office to try and make any adjustments.. mine has nearly doubled at this point and I’ll be looking into other options because that feels like shady business.
