Worst Car Dealership Experience Ever – SCAM ALERT!
Update: after only owning the car for a week. multiple mechanics have now suggested an entire engine replacement due to broken valves. Avoid avoid avoid this dealer
I bought a used car from this dealership, and I deeply regret it. The car had clearly been poorly serviced, with parts that hadn’t been replaced as promised. They couldn’t figure out how to reset a sensor light or a maintenance light. But that wasn’t even the worst part – the parts they did replace(coil packs and spark plugs) were so cheap and mismatched that they immediately started falling apart and the vehicle began misfiring and went into limp mode while I was on the interstate. When I got out of the vehicle to take a look one of the coils was loose and the bolt wasn’t tightened. It’s as if they used the lowest quality components they could find, just to make a quick sale.
Update: according to my other mechanic he said they never replaced these parts. Which is why it fell apart the way they did. So they never maintained or repaired anything.
This is when I started having serious issues. The engine started making strange noises, and I quickly realized that the faulty parts they installed were causing even bigger problems. I’m sure my cylinder walls are damaged. Now, I’m facing the possibility of an engine failure and replacement because of their shoddy work. It’s clear they don’t care about the quality of the cars they sell or the safety of their customers – all they want is to scam you out of your money. Their mechanic is not to be trusted unless you want to walk. Cory asked me for a review before I left his office and mentioned a tv they’re buying their good reviews or at least trading for them.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. They are dishonest, their cars are poorly maintained, and they’ll sell you a ticking time bomb. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car. Take your business elsewhere unless you want to be stuck with a huge repair bill and a car that’s practically falling apart.

Treats individual customers with great services and respect. Mike is very knowledgeable and you can count on him even after months of purchasing. If you’re looking for luxury cars I recommend 100%.

Hi so Cory was my salesman and he was very helpful and most importantly HONEST and transparent, which to me is very important when buying a pre owned vehicle. Mike, the manager, was as well. Highly recommend A+ Auto to anyone hesitant about this once in a blue moon dealership!!

Stopped by this afternoon and was helped by the nicest young man who was wearing the best looking shirt I have ever seen. He took the time to show us multiple cars and was patient... if you stop by, you HAVE to speak to the guy in the flamingo shirt! He's the best!!

A plus is a "high-end" used car lot on the east side of Tallahassee that tends to gravitate towards European and Japanese cars....which is great, because it's tough to find nice Audi's Volkswagen's Mini's and Subaru's on Craigslist....my typical method of picking out a new ride. Let me break it down for you, so you know what to expect.
First, the owners wouldn't take a dime off the total price of a car, they have the luxury of sitting on that car INDEFINITELY because they own each vehicle and they ARE NOT some "high volume, fast pace flipper" or a "glorified craigslister" so....even if you've seen the same car on their website for six months.....that does not mean they would shave $500 off the price to motivate you to buy it! Even if you were to take your money and walk away, they would simply watch you walk away! Second, they need a bigger acreage to put all those beautiful cars on.....when I go over there, I park off illegally in the grass somewhere, but you can hardly blame them for that! Third, they have a staff of highly capable mechanics and detailers/cleaners that clearly WORK HARD at selling cars only after they are "photo ready" and immaculate.
Take my used Jetta for example: the national average for the 2017 Volkswagen was, let's say, 10 to 16 grand right now....he set his price about $9000 so after taxes and all, I had a great car for 10 g's. Prices are at the LOWER END of that price range, and that's great, but believe me, no other used car lot in town is shining up their vehicles like this guy does. Open the hood and every inch of that engine was detailed and sterilized so I can see every scratch. They hide nothing.
I get the feeling they source these cars from the most respected auctions. My only wish, is that I was rich enough to buy two more cars from them! They got a sweet Volvo right now I WOULD LOVE to have. Oh, and one more thing, the property is positioned perfectly on the highway for test driving fast cars! Couldn't do that on west Tennessee street......five stars for ease of purchase, safety, and friendly service

I bought a car here two years ago within the same week I had multiple problems running hot check engine lights came on the day. I drove it off the lot. I called him. He couldn’t do nothing for me after the papers were signed. Ended up costing me $30,000, repeat do not buy from these people nothing but scammers
