AAA cooper was told by customer not to deliver this product to our facility. But rest assured this below average LTL carrier brings this product to our facility. Now here is the most unprofessional part-driver delivers product does not go in office and check in dumps product right in middle of entrance to our unit where we cannot exit or enter! The young lady in office asked him to move it and the professional driver for AAA Cooper says “I am not going to move it and left! Do not use this company as they are bottom feeders in the transportation industry! Sloppy office staff and drivers to big for their britches here in Tallahassee!

This company was suppose to delivery my pool sand filter today to Leslies Pool store between 3-5p, but they failed to do that. I've never heard of this company until after I purchased the product from Leslies pool store online and not impressed. I thought it would be shipped by Fed X or UPS, needs to be next time as this company is not reliable.
I need my sand filter replaced asap and not getting the item on time is delaying this. Do better!

I wish I knew the guys name that made my delivery. I've never had anyone, in any job, go so far out of their way to make sure it was "done right". Seriously bad weather, awful dirt roads, tight spot. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You freaking rock!

Would not deliver to the delivery address because it's on dirt road, a county maintained dirt road.

We had a delivery today from them. The driver Rocky refused to take our product another 20feet into the warehouse. He was rude and wined about how hard he has to work. I called the local manager Steve and all he did was back up the driver. Where is customer service at aaa Cooper transportation !!!! Then I called the regional manager Rob out of Jacksonville. He was polite and listened to my story and believe it or not he backed up his rude employee Rocky. I asked him to have his driver come back to correct the the situation and he responded he could not do that. In the past they have always put the product in the proper place in the warehouse. Needless to say we will never accept delivery’s from them again. I called all my suppliers today and told them do not ship on aaa Cooper transportation.
