They will have you believe you are covered with insurance and once something goes wrong, the insurance suddenly doesnt cover it. I returned there merchandise and I will never shop here again.

I just rented a couch and love seat from Aaron's. Very nice set ,friendly people. Jenny ,Jason and Taylor are awesome. I highly recommend if you need anything for your home ,come here.

I recently made comments for this location and I want to highly recommend a raise for Awtry at Corporate Office, Jenny, Taylor and Jeremy at this location for displaying excellent customer service and always being kind and nice, on the contrary, I have had to contact Corporate Office because of ongoing issues with a pickup and no shows along with miscommunication issues.Corporate Customer Service will be in contact, I ask that Aaron’s not call me again as I am fed up with this situation. ( Management is aware of the ongoing issues). Awtry @ Corporate, you are amazing, thank you for taking the time to listen. I have contacted the credit bureaus because they fail to pickup the items after numerous no shows. I will take legal action if necessary. Blessings!

Charles was incredibly helpful and understanding during rough financial times and did everything he could in his power to make sure we did not lose our stuff. He is a blessing and an asset to this company. Thank you Charles.

Fell about a month behind on payments due to having a special needs child and my wife changing jobs. Jason or Charles call three to four times a day and are extremely rude to my wife which of one made my wife cry. About to give all things back and never deal with them again. Absolutely horrible customer service. People go through problems unexpected in life. And some should understand. Especially since I'm sending in partial payments. But that doesn't matter. Call one day I owe five twenty five two days later I owe six fifty. And I constantly get threats of sending people to my house. Stay away from that store.

Overdue review but certainly not forgotten. Customer service experience was absolutely atrocious. Oh and be mindful ladies for the delivery person “Willie” or who ever his name is. I specifically asked this store not to send him back to my house for a replacement after he damaged the first one and had the nerve to want to flirt with me after, but of course they did again. And of course everyone suddenly has amnesia and forgets when you visit the store in person. Maybe there needs to be a boundaries and ethics course given to assist. I’m not really sure what Would help this place . But between the time it took to rectify the situation when it was addressed directly and the many excuses and stories given by management over the course of 3 months , I wouldn’t do business with them ever again. . Be vigilant ladies. protect yourself and your pockets. And no I do bot want to email anyone about my concerns so don’t bother.

Waited while 5 clerks talked about non-work activities behind the counter...no one else was in the store. I closed out the account on the computer screen I was working on and walked out. No one stopped me. Go to Buddy's! Gloria there is awesome...stayed calling me, sent me pictures while I was at work and my furniture will be delivered THIS weekend! DO NOT GO TO AARON'S!

I will never buy anything from Aaron’s again, I ordered couches, they was uncomfortable I called to schedule a pick up they said the 24th they would come and get them my fiancée waited until 430 then I called them to see why they haven’t been picked up yet they said they was on there way I waited when I got home they never showed up, I called today the 25th they said they was gonna be picked up today I waited until 5 no pickup so I called they hung up on me 2 times on the third time they answered I asked when they was gonna pick them up she still said they was coming today they never showed up, if the couches are still here when I move they r staying here and I’m not paying

I placed an order in store I haven't heard back from them as of yet once I pay this off I will not be renting from aarons again they don't return calls and when you call them they quick to get you off the phone real bad customer service I previously rented before and had no problems

Looking at the reviews posted all the way back from 2 years ago, id say 80% of the negatives are still accurate and ongoing with this store. Nothing has really changed except some of the people. They don't like for you to question your bill and if you do you will receive short talk and attitude from some of the workers there or they will hang up before giving you all the answers to your questions. I'm just gonna finish paying for my product hopefully early and I will be done with them. I won't have to hear from them nor them from me. It's ridiculous if you're not a people's person or you have short patience then find another line of work. When you work in retail you deal with customers the good and the bad it's part of your job. 80% of the employees there should be fired for poor customer service alone.
