Called to tell me I have to pickup an order 3 days after making it. It stated when you place the order that you have 5 days. I was told I didn't have a choice. Also, they magically fail to notify me my vault orders are ready over and over again. It seems like a lot of suspicious activity happens there to benefit the employees or their friends.

The selection of bourbons was pretty good. Prices were good. Location was easy to get too and the staff was very knowledgeable!

My family and I recently visited a store during FSU's family weekend. My entire family was allowed to enter and shop for about 40 minutes.
When we reached the checkout, we were informed that everyone in our group needed to present identification. Unfortunately, not everyone had their IDs, as our parents were paying for our meals that day and we rolled out of bed for breakfast. Despite our offer for one family member to step outside to complete the purchase, we were told we could not proceed and were asked to leave.
I question the store's policy: this policy is stated to have been put in place to ensure safety of minors. This policy actually raises concerns about the safety of minors. Telling families that members without IDs or under 21 cannot enter could inadvertently place children in vulnerable situations, such as being left outside alone or remaining in vehicles while their parents shop. I believe this approach warrants reconsideration to ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals involved. The entire experience was frustrating and left us dissatisfied.

Depending on the store it is hit or miss whether you will receive exceptional customer service. That said the store has reasonable prices and a large selection, well worth checking out.

So me and my friend went inside this place . I know I'm underage, but I wasn't even going to buy anything. My friend is 21 and she wanted to get something for her mom and they told us we couldn't bc my ID I am 20 years old I only came in there bc she didn't want to be alone that was not fair bc a lady came in there with her daughter and he didn't say anything to her about her . She was about to buy something but my friend wasn't but I shouldn't have to get my ID if I told him that I wasn't buying anything. nothing was mine, and I am disappointed that he did that
