Today I came to get insurance from Acceptance and Michaela handled my policy and she was amazing. Helped me walk me through the whole thing explained everything very well. I would definitely recommend them to anybody while I was with Michaela. I mentioned that I was thirsty and the office manager Kay gave me some of her water and also offered me candy while I was here. I am so pleased with their service. I highly recommend them

I initially gave 5*. However, after my recent experience, I am giving 2*. I've been with acceptance for many years, and customer service was always great. Now, no one answers the phone. One time, I called to add a car to my insurance with no answer, drove to the location (10 min away), and the guy was just sitting there playing on his phone. Insurance isn't reported after reinstatement, almost causing pending license suspension for the drivers on my policy, even while continuing to pay every month. The rates are great, but customer service can be better.
