Just walked in to this store, Kaylyn working the register called for help in isle 16.. I waited five minutes before walking to the front & telling her nobody came to help. Not sure if they’re understaffed but would not recommend.

This is close to our house and very convenient for quick errands. The staff is very friendly. Prices are high compared to larger hardware stores but perfect for a quick turn.

By far, the most helpful employees of ANY business in Tallahassee. The big box store employee only knows where the Time Card Machine is! Other than that, they are as lost as we are. At ace, this never happens EVER! They and their coworkers always work together to get what i need immediately. Don't change a thing, and you will keep getting my business every time.
