Awesome communication and customer service. We visited from out of town especially to purchase tung oil made near Tallahassee. They verified inventory after promptly and politely answering the phone. We even learned which aisle to go to! The store was clean and well stocked with interesting and unique merchandise. The expected hardware store staples were there too! Will return anytime we are in the area. Go visit - you will welcome the attention to detail and friendly atmosphere.

I don't live in Killean, but travel over there even though Lowes and Home Depot are much closer. The customer service is excellent. I can get in and out of there in minutes. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff.

Trevor was amazing! I went to find a connector to attach a splitter to my spigot, I’m staying at a nearby RV park in which they have a vacuum breaker that is not removable. Someone else had done my initial setup that included a water filter so by looking at it I thought I would need a special fitting. Trevor was able to see from my picture that my y valve would work and showed me how. Most places would have just sold me the part I was explaining without actually understanding what I did or did not need. I am thankful he didn’t have me waste my money on something I didn’t need. Thank you Trevor for your outstanding customer service! It is rare to find someone who does such a great job!
