AM In Tallahassee was wonderful in arranging my move, estimating the cost and giving me a firm price with full value insurance. However, an antique entrance table arrived with a broken leg, the paint was scraped on a wooden book case, and white dresser surface was gouged. In addition, a wooden mantle clock and a box of kitchen dishes did not arrive. I am hoping that the missing items can be found, and delivered soon, and I will be compensated for repairs or loss of items. If so, my rating will go up to 4 or 5 stars.

I turned to Allied for help when the mover I was working with turned out to be unethical and a scam. Allied stepped in with only a week left before our needed departure date and did the packing and move. Our departure was on time as was the delivery. After our experience with the other company, it was a relief to work with the Allied representative, Packers, and transporters. They saved the move for us. They were professional, honest, forthright, and worked with us. I am extremely grateful and have nothing but admiration and praise for the Tallahassee Allied office and staff.

I was looking for a moving quote and I filled out some information online. I got a phone call back. It turned out to be a robocall. She then put me on hold to wait for a human to pick up. I thought that was poor form so I moved on. They then proceeded to call and text multiple times throughout the day. I finally set up a specific appointment to talk. Again the robocall and then I waited a few minutes. The man who finally picked up the call and asked me why I was calling. I was a bit stunned and as I was saying we set up an appointment, he hung up. This is the worst customer service I've ever had.

After moving my business by myself 3 times in the last 5 years, I have finally seen the real value in hiring Amerimove! I will never move again without hiring this team! A++

I called yesterday to set an appointment. I then called today to cancel the appointment. I spoke with three people and no one could even find my information. Allied vans you stink in Tallahassee, Florida. Good thing I found someone else to do the job!!ðŸ˜
