Loved the ambiance — so calm and comforting. The salon felt peaceful and welcoming, and the stylist was incredibly patient throughout my silk-press treatment. She took the time to prep my hair gently and answered all my questions without rushing. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and really happy with how my hair turned out!

Great experience! The shampoo and conditioning were super relaxing, and my hair felt so soft afterward. The trim was exactly what I asked for clean, even, and fresh. Friendly staff and a calm vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

I had the best experience. I called 16 hairstylists before ambiance and ambience were the only to take me same day. I had such a homey visit. So many hair tips were provided to help my hair journey. I suffered from dry scalp and they recommended affordable products as well. Now this is the only salon I will go to.

I recently visited Ambiance for a silk press, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The stylist took the time to assess my hair and explain the process, which immediately put me at ease.
The silk press itself was flawless—my hair is so smooth, shiny, and full of life! It feels incredibly soft to the touch. I love how healthy my hair looks without any heat damage. The stylist really knew what she was doing, and the attention to detail was impeccable.
Not only was the service top-notch, but the entire experience was so relaxing. The salon was clean, comfortable, and the staff were all so friendly. I left feeling confident and beautiful, and I will definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend to anyone looking for expert hair care and an amazing silk press!

I had a pleasant experience at this salon. I was welcomed with a smile, consulted about my hair condition, educated through out my service & met some wonderful women here. I can honestly say I received my first real “hair salon” experience here. I highly recommend, the owner is an absolute doll. Thank you so much for everything.

I was recommended to this salon after carefully deciding who to go by. However, it was a HORRIBLE experience. I really wish I read her reviews before going to her. She was demeaning the whole time while I was getting my hair relaxed. Her attitude was very unprofessional. She was obviously not fond with me getting a relaxer. Also coming from the hairstylist and owner herself, it was so demeaning to be asked where I was from I guess because of my Caribbean accent then she replied to “So.., you’re black”. Like obviously I am! But what are you really trying to say? She also laughed at my face when she asked me if I liked my hair relaxed. When she asked me who recommended me she quickly changed her attitude and started commenting how “ beautiful” my hair is. What a fake!I am never going there again. That being said, if you’re going to get a perm prepare for the judgment and demeaning treatment from Dorinda.
