The “manager” is probably the rudest person I’ve encountered at a retail store in a long time. We went next door to Buckle and gladly spent our money on jeans. After reading the reviews here, it’s evident upper management either doesn’t care about the consumer(who pay their paychecks) or they’re that hard up for employees.

I absolutely love this location. The staff was so friendly and very knowledgeable about their product very patient and kind did everything and anything they could to help me.. I highly recommend Paige and I forgot the man's name but he was great the whole staff was amazing... It truly made my visit enjoyable you should definitely give them a raise because they went above and beyond customer service.

The manager Tiffany is SO RUDE. Very disrespectful. Asked her if a pair of sweatpants was on clearance and how much they were, she said “they’re on clearance which is 60% off.” However, we were notified by another employee that it is store protocol to do the math and scan the items for the customer. We then told Tiffany that we didn’t see a price on there and she said to us “yes it is, it’s right here” acting like we’re d*** and points to the part that says clearance. Then she was rude to my boyfriend when he asked her if the fitting rooms were opened back up. She needs to be fired. Heck, I’ll apply to be the manager if that means getting her out of there. Worst customer service ever from her. The cashier Raven is absolutely lovely though! Great smile! Great personality. Very sweet and genuine and wanting to help wherever she can.

The manager is so disrespectful and also doesn't know her own store policies. i tried to return items that i had receipts for, never worn, but no tag. she denied them for being ‘too old to find in the system’… one item i bought less than a year ago ( receipt date April 29, 2021), manufacture date was 01/21 which should CERTAINLY be in their system (picture provided for reference/proof). i worked at aeo for 3 years and since our return policy has no time limit, doesn't require tags or receipts, you can pretty much return anything that isn't visibly worn/washed. i had to call customer service to give her my receipts and item numbers (which she confirmed the items could be returned, of course, because it is in the policy…). the manager didn't look any item up or even try to. looked at the items for 1 second and said i wouldn't be able to return without a receipt then changed her story to both tag AND receipt when i told her i had receipts. abysmal service, hope she reviews the policy so nobody has to jump through hoops for a return again.UPDATE: I called every other American eagle within a 2 hour radius to see if they would process my returns, every single one of them said that my returns were viable with all the circumstances (no tag but receipt, never worn, and no time limit on returns). So if you live anywhere other than Tallahassee, you'll be able to find a store that actually follows the company wide policy instead of making up their own out of laziness. Wish they would have at LEAST been honest instead of lying about "the items not being in their system"... I had my friend my old coworker at Eagle who is now the manager check, they are all still in the system... lol. They could at least not lie to their customers about the reason of returns...

Wouldn't allow antibes to enter the store without a mask, so I put mine on and INCLUDING my 6yr old. I HAVE HAD ALL VACCINES..I wake around for a few minutes, put my things back and left that store and refused to purchase any of it.
