Horrible customer service!! Every time I go here they change the rules!! I used to pay for my order when I picked up my tires, then they made me start calling corporate to pay! I would then have to fight with them to email me a receipt, which I need right away to do my paperwork for my job!! Now you can’t just walk in and order tires, you have to call corporate to place an order!! What’s the point in have two people sit there to take care of customers, when they don’t do anything!! The people sitting there are very rude!! I will make sure that the City of Tallahassee never orders tire’s through them again!!

Great professional people. Loaded the tires for me & were friendly as could be. Only reason why it's 4 instead of 5 it's because of how long it took them simply because at a place that closes at 5 there's only 4 people running the entire place at 3-4 o clock. For the size of the business that's definitely off a bit.
