WE WENT FOR A GOOD PERIOD WITH OUR TOLIETS DOWN!!!!THIS SUPER MAN CAME IN AND FIXED ALL OUR TOLIETS AND DID IT WITH SUCH HAPPINESS AND APPRECIATION FOR HIS JOB IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS.HE WAS CLEAN AND PROFICIENT! “Update: adding a star and updating status as door frame and door were replaced last week. Great to see the response from Campus Row to find a timely solution.Good location relative to accessing campus with or without a vehicle and reasonable price for college housing. Units are good size and parking isn't an issue. Decided to move our student and roommate after the first year as management didn't follow through with their assurance to secure the damaged door. At move in, we noticed the door from previous tenants had been smashed in and the door jamb had been split. While a temporary fix was appreciated, it was in no way structurally secure. It has been four months and for various reasons provided by the facility, they have not followed through with replacing the door and door frame to ensure the security of our student. Hopefully it will eventually be addressed as we continue to push for resolution.”

“The front office support is pleasant and helpful. The roads and common areas are clean and well-maintained, as are the exteriors of the buildings. The complex has a secure feel, thanks to entry and exit being restricted to a badge-activated gate, with a swing arm to prevent tailgating vehicles.My apartment was very clean when I moved in. It looked very nice, with a good amount of space in each room. The windows are spacious and clean.There were a couple of downsides to the apartment's accessories. The apartment does not have a microwave oven, and the range is a bit out of date, using the old-style heating coils, which are harder to clean than the ranges with flat glass tops.I experienced three preventable issues when I moved into my apartment, which is why I cannot issue a five-star rating.First, I was not informed about the risk of my car being towed if should I park my car in a non-visitor space without first attaching the parking decal provided by the office. This information was provided in writing, and placed on one of the countertops in my apartment. But I almost missed the written documentation, because of all the activity during my relocation, including dealing with the moving crew and the pile-up of unopened moving boxes. Additionally, the instructions accompanying the decal, do not specify where to place the decal on the car. It would be better if the office handed the parking decal to the new tenant, and provided verbal instructions for where to mount the decal, at the same time when the office hands out the keys to the apartment.Second, when drying my first several loads of clothing, I had to run the clothes through two or three drying cycles, before the clothes were dry enough. I submitted a maintenance request. The maintenance technician responded very quickly. He discovered a lot of particulate build-up on the filaments that generate the heat. After cleaning the filaments, the clothes dryer worked fine. This issue could, and in my opinion should, have been checked before my apartment was deemed ready for a new tenant.Third, when I tried to use the oven for the first time, the display reported the oven was baking, but the heating coil in the oven did not heat up at all. I submitted another maintenance request. The technician came out quickly and replaced a part, which resolved the issue. As was the case with the clothes dryer, someone should have verified the oven was working, before my apartment was rented out to me.”

“Honestly the best place I've lived. Office and maintenance staff are great. Responsive. Beautiful pool. Grounds are good. We got the 3 bedroom. Love the granite countertops of the kitchen and baths. The kitchen has a raised counter wall hiding the sink area. Prefer that over a kitchen island. Disposal switch is an arms reach away instead of under a cabinet. Gooseneck faucets with hose. Deep sink and basins in the kitchen and bath. Walk in laundry. Sun area in living room where I squeezed in gym equipment. Faux blinds. Not cheap mini blinds designed to break like most apartments. Walls painted silver grey instead of hospital white. New 410AC units.”

“I’ve been living here for a few months now, office staff is super nice, close to campus, apartment is good, big kitchen (1x1), not too bad of a price for a 1x1 close to campus. Although, idk if it’s just me but during the warmer seasons I get tiny bugs flying around my place, which is super annoying.”

“I was in rush looking for a place to stay. Michael made the process amazing and quick. He answered every question during the tour and even took me back to look at a few different floor plans three times because I was indecisive. There was some minor issues with the unit but everything was fixed within a week. I love my place and was sold on it the first day I saw it and I love the gym. I just wish the gym was open 24 hours. Thanks again to Michael for getting me and my family in a unit ASAP.”

She recently walked my phone to my apt after I left it in the office and that’s just one of the many things she assisted with. It’s great to have such GENUINE help in the front office of your complex ?”

“A great budget option for an apartment in a decent location. The staff were all great, especially the maintenance staff! Despite there being a monthly fee just to pay utilities, the savings compared to other options is outstanding. The building is a little dated but the management does what they can, jusy expect typical Florida problems like an occassional bug. Compared to other options, Seminole Trails had exceeded my expectations.”

“I signed at College Town apartments last year for my first college apartment and have been more than pleased with the staff. The location is great as it is located in the heart of College Town. The staff has been nothing but wonderful but especially Danielle has been the most helpful. She is able to answer any questions that I had about the apartment complex. She is nicest and most understanding when helping students with their first apartments. I have been so happy at this complex that I have decided to live here next year again.”

“I have been a resident since 2019 and have seen significant changes within the last year. Josh is a very well organized Manager who keeps residents updated on building improvements and overall community concerns. Shay, the Assistant Manager, will go above and beyond to take care of resident’s needs and concerns. Chavez has been the main Maintenance Technician since I moved here and he is truly very kind. He and the maintenance staff are quick and efficient with maintenance requests. Overall the staff is remarkable and I appreciate all that they have done to make our residence here nice and enjoyable.”

“I have lived here 7 years and never had a bad experience at all. I need some maintenance in my home and I have a pet and she pretty much takes over the place while I am at work. Both Ginger & Richard came to see what was going on and made sure my pet did not leave. The issue was solved in a timely matter as always. Something as needed a light bulb change they both will be there for you. This is why I call Savannah Sounds my home. Clean place and a very safe place to live as well.”

“Daughter moved in this week. I was pretty disappointed the rooms hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Especially because I called to ask what kind of cleaning & maintenance they were doing prior to move in. I was told all carpets were getting professionally shampooed & a cleaning crew was on site cleaning as we spoke. My suggestion would be for the front desk agents to be upfront about the fact they don’t clean & just simply let parents & kids know they don’t do anything accept fix maintenance issues. If they had told me that I would have been more prepared for what to expect on move in day. I definitely would have brought more cleaning supplies!!!! My daughter & I had to scrub everything. Blinds, baseboards, tubs, light fixtures, pretty much everything in her room had dust caked on it. Even the door itself. We had to sand the dust off of the baseboards because a scrubber brush wasn’t even strong enough to remove it all?‍♀️When we started scrubbing the spots on the carpet w/carpet stain remover…most of them came out. So obviously the carpets had not been cleaned at all, or not cleaned properly.My other advise would be for the front desk agents to make people aware that if you are moving in to an apartment & there are already individuals living in the space, the cleaning people DO NOT clean the common areas before move in. My daughter deserved to have moved in to a clean home. It’s not her responsibility to scrub the food of the side of the sink or the fronts of the cabinets. Before move in day, there needs to be some sort of system where current residents need to be required to clean their common area space or they have to pay for the cleaning crew to do it.I spoke to a few other people also moving in who said their rooms & common area were also left very dirty & they had to clean for hours prior to being able to move in. This just isn’t right.Thankfully my daughter had me helping her, but we were not prepared for the 4 hours of cleaning that we each put in.I am giving 4 stars because the staff I have spoke w/over the summer, as well as on move in week, were always very helpful & pleasant. They genuinely seem like they want to help. My daughter received an Amazon package & they notified her immediately when it arrived. I’m hoping for good things this year from Red Point Weat Tenn”

“The complex here is awesome. Anytime I am needing to reach the property manager; I am able do so and it’s never an issue with getting things done. Customer service and prompt responses are great here. You can tell they genuinely care about their tenants. I highly recommend this property to anyone”

“I cannot say enough good things about this apartment complex. The location is great, easy access to I-10. It is quiet, the staff is fantastic. (Especially Vanessa who goes out of her way to answer any question you have). There is constant communication sent out keeping residents up to date. For the few maintenance request I have put in, they have been addressed next day. I highly recommend Lory of Tallahassee to anyone moving to Tallahassee.”

I fell in love with the location and the amazing amenities that stadium centre has to offer.
