The Rowe Apartments offer an off-campus college living experience near Florida State University and Downtown Tallahassee. The apartments provide fully furnished studios and multi-bedroom options. Residents highlight many amenities, including a resort-style pool, hot tub, gym, game room, sauna, dance studio, study rooms, and a podcast room. Many note recent renovations and new management that have improved the property, with staff described as great, super helpful, and hosting fun events. The location is considered very convenient. Some residents mention downsides, such as elevators that break down often and occasional bad smells in hallways. A mention of a rat was noted. As a college apartment complex, some noise is expected. Despite these points, many residents report really enjoying living there, feeling safe with nightly security, and renewing their leases. The apartments are seen as doing exactly what they are supposed to do, providing a fun, social, and well-managed place for students.
The management is not very helpful and public space things are always broken
