We had an excellent experience, both with Lauren who sold us the sofa & ottoman, as well as her colleague Corey, who initially advised us. Also, the two young men who delivered the furniture were efficient, called ahead of time, and were very courteous. We love the furniture (except for the Dacron filling in the sofa cushions)!
