This is a great place to buy a new iPhone. They have lots of phones in stock, the store is very attractive and clean, and best of all the people who work there are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And one of the most friendly and knowledgeable is Darrell Bates. About two months ago Darrell helped us when we were buying a new iPhone for my wife. We were so pleased with that experience that we made an appointment with Darrell for today to buy an iPhone for myself. Today was another delightful experience. Darrell was very cordial and did a great job of answering my questions and explaining details about how the new iPhone works. I will come back to this store the next time I need an iPhone.

I have been a customer at AT&T for over 15 years and more and have always been satisfied with the service; especially with the current manager who is so patient with the service he renders. He is so reliable and knows the business he represents.

Ambar was a great help. She worked for hours getting my phone to assist in resolving a voice mail, call forwarding issue that was complex. Requiring going beyond technical support. She was kind and patient .
