This is the store where I bought my latest cell phone of the two or three years ago and revisited this week to upgrade to a new Samsung s23 Plus. Danny the AT&t salesman who helped me was very accommodating but I'm afraid he was in experienced and entered my order incorrectly and it was later kicked out of the system by AT&t and I had to call 611 and speak to AT&t to reorder. It seems that they send a lot of their new recruits to this AT&t store I believe for training before sending them on to other locations and this seems to drop the new recruits on Tallahassee residence but it all got worked out and I will be using that store again in the future at least they didn't try to trick me and cheat me like the store in the northwest part of the city did.

Danny was so helpful. He worked diligently with the customer before me so that he could serve me quickly. Danny worked effectively and efficiently to meet all my needs. I look forward to returning to this store location for further needs.

After a failed shopping trip at Best Buy, we stopped in for help finding phone accessories (we recently upgraded to way newer models). Jordan and Adam were so helpful- they answered our questions and took the time to get us set up. This is my second time working with Jordan, which is why I came back, a few months ago he spent well over an hour trying to fix a glitch on my Mom’s phone (it’s something Apple couldn’t fix either, hence the upgrade)- but I appreciate the time he took to help us start to sort it out. I’ll definitely be back!

Had the worst experiance you could imagine at AT&T on Monroe street. Untrained staff, no support for them, not enough staff in store. Spent 7 hrs there and they just made more and more mistakes that made it harder each time for them to fix. Unbelievable day! Finally took it to the corporate store on magnolia. Brian was wonderful! He got everything straightened out.

the worst serve I ever had. First, I went into the store for internet and wireless services, and they were too busy dealing with customers, so I waited for almost 40 minutes just sitting on the chair or walking around. Second, after I talked to the server, they gave me the lowest price for wireless, but the plan is only 4GB for using the internet. Whenever you use more than 4GB , the company will charge you 10 USD for 2GB. I received 120 USD on my first bill because they didn't tell you that they would charge every single time. 4GB is for 90-year-olds who are lying in the hospital. Sadly, the service only cares about their salaries, not customers. They don't even know what is good bang for your buck. Finally, I went into the store and said I wanted to change companies, and they told me to call the number on the website. That's all they said.

The store has went down tremendously everytime Ii come here to pay a bill it’s a problem the system is down don’t take cash the last month when i came their was a sign on the door that said be back in 15 minutes I catch public transportation and this very inconvenient for me I’m thinking bout leaving AT&T

GM, Regional or District manager overseeing this location must know and understand the magnitude of disrespect I experienced today. Austin is the MOST brazen, insolent employee I have ever seen! Austin will be the demise of this store and the people who allow this type of behavior. In ten minutes he obliterated your core values serve customers first, move faster, act boldly, and win as one. Unfortunately, I cannot post zero stars.

Went in to upgrade my phone and Austin was great help! He was very efficient and knowledgeable while still being personable and fun to talk to. Helped me get the best deal while managing the store all by himself and helping other customers. Very easy and quick experience!

Austin was polite, knowledgeable, and ready to help me with my needs. I had a new phone and was very concerned about losing by apps, contacts, and pictures. Austin was able to transfer all my information, find a phone case, pop socket, and help me open a new line for my niece. I’m thankful someone like Austin was there to help!!??❤️☺️

Fantastic staff, outstanding customer service. I have purchased from this store in the past but today I was there seeking assistance with a problem I was having and had been unable to resolve via chat or phone with AT&T. Sharodd in about 20 minutes took care of an issue I'd been trying to resolve for two weeks. Bottom line same great customer service received regardless if I'm shopping or just need some assistance.

Both times I was there Austin was leaned back in his chair on two legs texting on his phone. He was not pulling his weight while his coworker is doing the majority of the work. I absolutely do not want to deal with Austin. He appears to be lazy and lacking knowledge. (Watch the cameras)
