I’ve been an AT&T customer forever and on FirstNet. I was due for an upgrade and went into this location were I was immediately greeted (not like a typical car salesman), and had all my questions answered. The rep and manager both explained every promotion that was beneficial for me to get the best overall value. I couldn’t have asked for best customer service, patience and education I received. Highly recommend this store to anyone especially my first responder colleagues.

My husband and I went to AT&T yesterday to switch our service over. Clifton helped us out and made the process painless and easy. He is so knowledgeable and super kind. AT&T is lucky to have him and we were lucky he was the one to help us out. Thank you, Clifton!

I’m not into writing reviews on retail spaces unless I receive exceptional customer service. I have frequently been to this store but never pleased until I was attended by Cliff. What an amazing, thoughtful and educated man he is. He is an asset to the AT&T brand. He is worth waiting for. He will kindly and patiently answer all your questions. The amount of information he offers is truly astounding. Thank you Cliff.

I absolutely hate shopping for phones and cell phone service, but needed new service. Our service rep, Cliff, was excellent to work with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service we needed. Go to this store and ask for Cliff!!!

I was way past due for a new phone and was dreading going to a store. The sales staff were so helpful and pleasant and the whole process was super quick and easy. Great location, with great employees. Highly recommend!

Avoid this location. Cory Zauche decided it'd be a good idea to add insurance and the 'next-up' program onto my new phone plan when I NEVER agreed to it. I had to call AT&T and explain that Cory fraudulently put those charges onto my account, likely to get a couple of extra dollars from commission. Shame on you, Cory.

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an unfortunate experience I had at your store recently. I believe it is crucial to address this matter to ensure that customers receive accurate and transparent information during their interactions with your staff.On September 26, 2023, I visited your store with the intention of trading in my iPhone 14 Pro Max for the latest model, the iPhone 15 Pro Max. During this visit, I spoke with a staff member named Clif. Regrettably, I encountered a situation where misinformation was provided regarding the installation process, leading to a frustrating outcome.Specifically, I inquired about the possibility of unlocking my new iPhone 15 Pro Max once I started receiving credit for my trade-in device. Clif assured me that once the credit process commenced, I could simply contact AT&T customer service to have my device unlocked. However, this information turned out to be incorrect.Following Clif's advice, I reached out to AT&T customer service, only to learn that unlocking the device required either paying off all the installments or waiting for 36 months when all the trade-in credits would apply. This discrepancy left me with a sense of skepticism regarding my installation process.Recognizing the urgency of the matter, I visited your AT&T store the next day to seek clarification and resolution. To my disappointment, the manager, Mr. Jon, denied that Clif had ever provided such information and suggested that a misunderstanding had occurred.As a result of this situation, I now find myself in a position where I must wait for 36 months to unlock my device, contrary to what was initially conveyed to me by Clif. This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed, as I had expected a higher level of professionalism and transparency from your store.I believe it is essential for customers to trust the information provided by your staff and to receive accurate guidance during their transactions. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed internally, and steps can be taken to prevent such occurrences in the future.I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and hope that it can be resolved to ensure a more positive customer experience in the future
