This is the only shop I’ll take my vehicles to! These guys are the only shop with integrity in Tallahassee. After an awful experience at the shop across the street, Precision Tune Auto Care, I took my car here instead and was so impressed with how easy their process for getting quotes and approving them, their communication, and speed were all incredible. Everyone from the front desk guys (shoutout Jason) to the mechanics were incredibly helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I’d pay extra just because of the customer service!

I discovered a nail in my tire while I was at work. I called Auto Xperts on 10 December around 1500 and made an appointment for 1700 to get a plug-patch. I was running behind schedule at work and called Auto Xperts back to let them know I would be 5-10 minutes late. l forget the guy’s name who I spoke with, but he was understanding and had no problem working with me. When I arrived, they fixed me up fairly quickly. It’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t had an issue with the tire. ‘Preciate ya Auto Xperts.

Look at the reviews for this place and thought they were a great company. I took my wife’s car there because it was running rough. Initially they took a look at it and say it was one thing, replaced that. Then they say it was something else. Replaced those parts and now they say it something else. (Likely). Already spent $1900 with them. They are saying the new parts and labor will be $2400. I ask them can they give us at least a discount for having our car for a week and not fixing the initial problem. They turned me down.. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. Now I’m out $1900 and car is worse than when I bought it in.

I love the issue that I brought my vehicle in for was not resolved. The recommended service that I did get to replace the tensioner has made a huge improvement in my engines compression.

I had my truck at a couple shops and by far this is the most professional and reliable shop I've found in tallahassee, their work was prompt and precise.

Auto Xperts are the best. Honest, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were able to quickly assess my issues and make recommendations. I never have to worry about paying for something unnecessary. If you are looking for a trustworthy repair place, run (maybe drive) don’t walk to Auto Xperts!

This was my first time at Auto Xperts and I had a great experience. They sent a clear estimate of the breakdown of costs. My total was the same as the estimate. There costs are at or below other estimates for the same service.

asked for helped and no one was “available”. Sir in the front with the ponytail gave me a side eye and ignored my question. I went again because my car was over heating and asked for duck tape. When told the guy said they didn’t have any tape when I clearly saw one in their desk. Do not recommend going here if you do you’re gonna get a side eye and my car blew up btw.
