Yes there is an older gray haired dude that works there in the evenings he was very rude I was trying to tell him what was going on with my car and he told me calm down like I was trying to get mad I was far from being mad and then he tried to say they're not mechanics well if you're not a mechanic don't say there's something else wrong with my car when I'm just buying bad parts from y'all so trust me people if you are going into that store and see a gray haired older man leave out of the store cuz I was about ready to fight him when he tried to say it was my car instead of something he was selling cuz he don't know what he's talking about and he don't need to give up an opinion if he ain't a mechanic on something like that

I'm s commercial customer who works on the weekend. No one in that store knows how to do anything commercial related. Idk I'd it's poor training or they refuse to do their job, but something needs to be done. I recommend everyone go to OReilly Auto if you want great cusr

Terrie was an amazing technician! He changed out our battery in less than 25 minutes and he was so friendly and professional from start to finish! Definitely recommend that you look for Terrie when you visit this location.
