My alternator went out on New Year's Eve, and Auto Zone was open and the staff was very helpful in directing me to the parts I needed. They even printed out a diagram for me.

Very disrespectful staff, literally told me no, they weren't going to help me, told me to take the car to a garage and then she rudely got on the phone to cut off my conversation with her. Unacceptable behavior.
