My daughter a struggling college student here in Tallahassee, vehicle broke down at this location. She was told by an employee at Auto zone (Alex) that her vehicle would not be towed. After arranging with a tow company to pick it up, it was no longer there, it had been towed and they offered no help or explanation. Only that there was a will tow sign. My complaint is that he should have never told her it would be okay. Now he’s recanting his story and after speaking with his boss Tim. They pretty much told me that we are SOL. Now we are stuck having to pay, not only the tow to another city but also the tow from this establishment. Don’t break down here and don’t trust what people say at this location. Just goes to show, a pair a lips will say anything and a lie is nothing to tell. Signed….So disappointed!!!

I accidentally originally placed my review under the wrong store... didn't realize there were two Tenn. St locations... but here's my "Friyay" experience
After calling around SEVERAL places that gave me all kinds of crazy quotes for a blown headlight bulb, I called this AutoZone and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Timothy. Not only did he change my bulb, he was very quick, professional, and polite. Exceptional customer service! I will be back for future car needs! (hopefully not soon though)

Today my battery died. Employee Timothy Turner was a huge help to me in figuring out what battery I needed for my car and installing it for me. I appreciate his assistance and help. He did a great job.

I walk in store and I was greeted with nothing but upset faces. I was in the store for about 15 min trying to find what I was shopping for. Product I was looking for was sold out. So I left. No one spoke to me at all. No hello no goodbye No acknowledgement of my presence.

Everyone here is super helpful. One worker (so sorry did not get the name!) helped me find the products I needed. Robert N was super helpful. I needed my tail lights changed out and he replaced the lights and also gave me a heads up on something to follow up with my mechanic about. I definitely recommend this auto zone!

I’ll make it short and sweet. The man who helped me was nice, but untrained. I bought a car battery from them and immediately, he said there was free installation. Then, he came outside, asked me if it was a hybrid, I said yes, and he said they’re not allowed to install them because it’s a hybrid. Immediate bait and switch. I will be returning the battery, and going elsewhere for FREE installation and people who can actually install parts into a car. At an AUTOSHOP.

I called and placed a parts order over the phone on a Friday night. Jasmine was friendly and efficient in preparing the item for pickup by a mobile mechanic. Unfortunately, we did not get a receipt for my records. I called back and Jasmine said she could not email or text it to me and that my only option was to come into the store to pick up the receipt. Really? I live 5 hours away. Could someone from Autozone please advise me on how I can get a receipt?
