I was involved in a scam situation and went in to sort everything out, Reda Jawhari the Financial Center Manager was incredible. Not only did he spend two hours with me helping to reset all my accounts as well as aiding me in freezing my credit. He was extremely hospitable and efficient in dealing with other customers simultaneously. With such a tedious process and situation, I left with a smile on my face and confidence that everything was sorted out.

I came in 30 minutes before the closing time to make a wire transfer and Reda was so helpful when we encountered some technical difficulties. They stayed half an hour past the closing time to ensure that the transfer was securely made and were very friendly and compensating!

I went today not realizing that the bank had closed 20 minutes before I got there but Reda was great and allowed me to explain what was going on and provided me with help rather than telling me to come back tomorrow. Very nice person and assured me that if I still need help with the problem that was occurring that I could come back and he would be happy to fix it for me.

They would not cash a Geico insurance check drawn on Bank of America. That's crazy that they keep your money and will not let you have it immediately. It's drawn on your bank. YOU KNOW THE MONEY IS THERE. GEICO FIND A NEW BANK. ITS MY MONEY AND I WANT IT NOW.

I can't say enough good things about Reda Jawhari. Great man will get all your banking need done in hurrry. Also on his way home from work my dog had run away from home he found her drove around for an hour trying to find the owner and we ran into each other. God is great and he is the nicest person made sure I had photo proof for the dog overall great person. He saved our little family today❤️

My card and account was locked I have the documents and this bank still deny me the service to help me just say go online on a computer we can't help and I'm a customer since 2019and they don't want to help out customers

I never had an a problem with any BOA that they could not fix. This morning I realized that I had 2 overdraft charges of $35 each. $70 was removed from my account based personal reasons. I called BOA and talked to a gentleman named Cliff Yang. Cliff ask me to explain to him the situation. Once I was finished with my explanation, Cliff informed me that he will see if he can get it waived. I was shocked to her that. Minutes later (5 minutes max) Cliff told me the full amount was back and into my account.

I asked Bank Of America employee for his name, he wouldn't even tell me. He pointed to him name tag. Very arrogant. That's how the big banks treat their customers. Ed was printed on his name tag, he wouldn't even say it. Really, I was just trying to make a deposit.
