Their hours are cut greatly (more than even shown), and they don't answer incoming calls. Ever.
Just close this location and sell it to a chicken joint, or a startup church; at least then we'd get better service(s).

Came in at 12:45 on a Mon to deposit a check that was too big for mobile deposit.
A line formed as I walked in, with me as 3rd in line, and someone came from the back to ask if anyone was just depositing - I was the only one so she helped me out. It was super easy & quick.
Turns out she was the manager. I don't know if I was just an easy customer, or if they're super focused on people who have B of A accounts; but I didn't see any of the poor service discussed in the reviews. Seems like a fine bank to me!

I've been banking with this company for the last 20 plus years. Came in today and asked to have a piece of paper notarized which I've done a 100 times in the past over the years. They couldn't spare 30 seconds to do that for me today. Told me they were too busy. Really!!

If I could give it a zero I would, my husband went to go cash a check close to closing time, (manager was holding the door) a lady was ahead of him and was asked what she needed she told the manager to cash a check without having an account with them, so when my husband goes and tells her that she needed to cash his check without an account as well, he was turned away. The manager said oh, since you don’t have an account you can wait till Tuesday. Very rude and unprofessional. Why was he turned away if he was there for the same service as the customer before. Horrible horrible service!!!!!

I had the best the best Bankers Mr Anthony he was one of those great tellers and I love the bank on North Monroe Street it's the best bank I know where to go to now he was a real good guy

There is no drive thru at this location. You have to go inside.They only have one teller to help the long line and three people doing other banking stuff.It never changes. No matter how much you talk to the bank.Plan to spend at least 30mins in line just to make a deposit.Edit-- to respond to the BOA robot response.My visit was for a business deposit with about 50 checks. The ATM was out of the question.We have a machine that allows us to deposit online from the office, but your software cannot detect a certain check voucher every other month. Your software calls them repeats which they are clearly not. So off we go for a 30 min wait in line. Every. Single. Time we go.

I went to my appointment to have a document notarized in Tallahassee and the person who was supposed to assist me (Nnennya Ukpabi) was late and did not even take the time to apologize or talk to me, she did not ask what I needed or give me advice for what I needed, it seemed that did not exit there. thanks to the other two people who took the time to put up a face and try to help me (Mya Phan).

I have struggled with Bank of America for fifteen years, thinking it was too much trouble to change all my business banking. I wish I had made that effort sooner. They value every $5 fee over small business customers that run $5 million a year through their accounts. They have shut off merchant service processing with no notice on busy consumer weekends. They have charged fees and interest on fees for errors that were their problem. They reversed the error but were unwilling to credit the fees. Even when I called to close the account, I was told that their recent service charge put it $3 in the negative and I would have to put money into the account before they could close it. I had waited almost an hour on their customer service line to be told to deposit the money and call back - that if they closed the account and then the deposit came in, it would reactivate the account and I would be subject to future monthly fees. This is a perfect example of their customer service, Don't open an account with these people. Your business deserves better. I would leave zero stars if it were an option.
