Staff are always smiling, pleasant, and ready to help. Always have great coupons they send, and will add discount if have app, and double coupons if have. Also, give away a lot of nice stuff with coupons. Just love the entire atmosphere and service.

This review is not about a store experience, it an experience I had with customer service over the phone. Bath and body works has the worse customer service, they employees barely speak english, and don't understand customer inquiry. The language barrier is the worst, for a company that's worth so much money, you would've think they hiring people who understand English and can help customers. For my orders to be delivered at the wrong address on both occasions is beyond ridiculous. All they customer service employees should be fire. I HATE CONTACTING THEY CUSTOMER SERVICES line and will try my hardest to never have to speak to them again.

Sales associates are not as helpful as they used to be. Long wait lines for checkout. There are inconsistencies with how the store is organized which makes things very difficult. Either organize by scent or by product. You can’t do both and expect customers to be able to navigate so many small products. It would also make more sense to put similar scents next to each other…the wallflower plugs are plugged into outlets but you’re unable to actually see how they look with power 🤔 very odd.

Customer service was great, they have so many options to choose from body spray, lotion, gel, candles, & room spray.
I caught a great 1 day sale of body spray for 5.75 which is normally 18.95 each, that's almost 70% off, such a great deal!

Just bought aromatherapy lavender and vanilla mist. What a waste of $14.95. Called member services; again waste of time!!!! The aromatherapy only lasts a few minutes. Tried to resolve this to no avail. I have been a customer of bath and body works for many years. Rethinking this now!!!

I love bath and body works but I hate going into the store because I know I’m going to get bonbarded by 5 people asking me the same questions. Idk if upper management makes them be this pushy or what but it’s aggravating , some people just want to shop in peace.
